This two bedroom one bathroom apartment has views overlooking downtown neighbourhood with ocean in the distance! The building is quiet with access to the gym & outdoor pool. Parking is available, but you won’t need a car because everything is within walking distance. Electric scooter & bike rentals available on the next block, walk to; Sunset Beach 7 min Davie Street 3 min English Bay 7 min Yaletown 15 min Rogers Arena and BC place 15 minutes Not a party space! Lots of board games, books!
