I have decided to rent out my personal farm house\ guest house to happy road trippers seeking solitude and a peaceful surrounding. The house is within a valley surrounded by 48 hectares of open land,beautiful mountain (cederberg) backdrops and a river with three natural swimming areas within walking distance of the guest house and the place include a 25m lap pool right in front of the veranda! Oh and plenty of clean breathable air :). There is one full sized bed so its best suited for couples.

Hunter House - Self Catering in Cederberg

The Hunter House is a private holiday home in the Cederberg that is surrounded by blossoms, flowers and Namaqualand daisies in the spring. Summer brings the sound of the sun beetles and fresh peaches next to your holiday home. The river on your doorstep so if you don't swim in it during the summer, you can see how it grows in the winter next to a fireplace as you hear it roar. Winter brings the snow on the beautiful hiking mountains. Guest farm campsite at main river. No Wifi. No towels.

Secluded Off-Grid Mountain Cottage

Private stand-alone cottage on a beautiful farm 1.5 hours north of Cape town and 30-40 minutes from Elands Bay. This is a very simple, off-grid, self-catering cottage with beautiful mountain views, a dam to swim in and hiking access to the entire 2000 hectare farm. The farm has established hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding on request and established sport and trad rock climbing routes. The cottage has two fireplaces, a gas stove, fridge, a 'donkey' water heater and solar power.

Westcoast beach cottage - Unit 2 / Fire place

A small coastal cottage roughly 5 min drive outside the harbour town of Saldanha. The cottage is private but connects to the side of our home. It is literally on the ocean with spectacular views of the bay and harbour boasting 3km of sandy beach, stretching in either direction. The bedrooms are north facing, catching mid day sun. The cottage falls with in a small private home owners estate, is secure and quaint and is perfect for those wanting to spend their days lazing on the beach.

Our rates are charged PER PERSON/per room. There is a large living area with full DSTV & a wood burning stove. Please note that you may only use wood (no charcoal ) in the stove. Pse bring your own wood. Stacking doors open onto a patio with a braai (barbeque) & gorgeous sea views - ideal for alfresco dining.

Perfect location RIGHT on the beach. A very rare find in for this area and at this price! Enjoy this lovely, 2bed 2 bath beachfront apartment for a short trip, or an extended holiday. The farm's fourth cottage is built of rock between two boulders. The interior is very comfortably furnished with ceder-clad walls and ceder floors, two comfortable 3/4 beds, a fireplace, kitchenette and a bathroom clad in rock with sliding doors opening onto the landscape. The cottage faces north with a view of Sneeuberg. There is a large sliding door opening onto the patio with a retractable awning and a braai to enjoy the extraordinary views in every direction.

The location is incredible, luxurious and right in front of the wave. The property has everything necessary for a comfortable stay for 2 people, fully self-catering with lounce/TV room. Wow!
