Loved our stay at Plum Cottage. The house itself is a gem. Has lots of beautiful features - stained glass windows, lovely period furniture and a picturesque garden. The kitchen is loaded with utensils, dishes and pots and pans. It has heating and electric blankets for when the nights get chilly. Two modern bathrooms. After being out all day exploring the Blue Mountains, it was a cozy retreat to relax in. Close enough to walk to Echo Point and the shops. Parking is just out front on the street. Would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay there again.

Rob’s place was fantastic! It had everything we needed and more. Location was excellent. Nice and quiet street but 30 min walk to centre of town. Rob was an excellent communicator and very proactive with all the details required for checkin.

The house is beautiful and well designed. We felt right at home and enjoyed the great collection of games and books. The house is walking distance from the village. It is definitely worth staying and we really enjoyed it!

Wow ! Quelle belle maison située dans un endroit merveilleux avec une cour énorme et que dire des randonnées à partir de la maison, elles étaient à couper le souffle. Nous avons passé un merveilleux deux nuits et recommanderions absolument cet endroit. Merci encore aux hôtes.

Absolute dream location, perfect for any age and any pooch. Beautiful open planned living, cosy rooms, peaceful locale. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Bonus features: gorgeous private deck for chilling; outdoor garden opens up into another semi-private garden, conveniently located within <5mins of beautiful Cook Park, excellent coffee & restaurants.

A very nice place with all the amenities a family needs. Very well maintained house with all the necessary items. Close to city centre as well as peaceful. We loved this place.

This is a large home on a large block very centrally located in Orange. Restaurants and coffeeshops are in an easily walkable distance. The home presents well and is very clean. Highly recommended.

We loved every minute of our stay at Slow Space - from the snacks to the sauna and everything in between, the space has been thoughtfully curated for a relaxing stay that makes you feel super well cared for. The location is second to none for beautiful country side views, starry nights and silence - it took a while to adjust to having no noise at all compared to Sydney!! Lovely location, not far from orange and fantastic wineries. Thank you for the lovely stay and I highly recommend Slow Space as a perfect out of city destination for a long weekend.

This was our 2nd time staying here and we had a great time, it was even warm enough to jump into the pool! Spacious enough for 2 families and the kids had their own space which was great. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a luxurious and spacious house that’s a 5 min drive into town

Hannah's place was super comfortable, organised, and clean. She made us feel very welcome even though we didn't have a chance to meet her during our stay. I'd highly recommend Hannah's place if you're staying around Bathrust!

My wife and I have been here twice, we have really enjoyed ourselves both times. The place is really in the bush, we saw more birds and wildlife here then in other sections of the gardens of stone national park. The bell birds in particular make for lovely background noise. The place does look a bit a older but everything has been well cared for and very clean. Being in the bush, you may experience some little bits of wildlife entering the cabin, however that's a selling point. 😉 We would go back for a third time if we do another small getaway, because it is calm and serene with a nice walk where you can just relax and enjoy the natural environment. We saw both Kangaroo's and Wombats as well as many different bird species on the property. Just be aware that this is remote, so outside of the capertee royal hotel and the Salami man at Cullen Bullen, dining and restaurants are a bit further away. I recommend this place if you are after somewhere you can just relax in nature.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Hot Cross Buns were left as we were there over the Easter Long Weekend which was such a nice touch. It was easy to get to with clear instructions provided. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The heated pool was absolutely fantastic and made our stay even more special. The house was spacious, clean, and surrounded by nature, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. It was such a joy to wake up in the morning and see kangaroos nearby! The host was very kind and provided clear and helpful instructions, which made everything smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again!

Shaun’s property is cosy and we love every bit of it! The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary stuff such as coffee, tea, milk and sugar. We enjoyed spending time in the living room with the smart TV system and the sound system as well. Highly recommend this place as one can walk to the town centre. We spent our kids-free long weekend visiting Lithgow and we're glad we found this place on Airbnb. We didn't get a chance to meet Linda, but Steven was a great host, he greeted us upon check-in process, very friendly and informative. The cabin was rusty style with nice touches. We love the information sheets that they provide for local attractions and restaurants/cafes, making it easy to find places to go. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we wouldn't hesitate recommending this stay to anyone who wants to visit Lithgow and surrounds.

It was the perfect stay for what ended up being a rainy trip! The home was cosy and had plenty of thoughtful additions that made us feel like we could relax and enjoy the home given that we were limited from going on any outdoor hikes etc. A good collection of music and games to play indoors. (The shower and bath were also divine!) Given the rain particularly, it was a challenging driveway to come in and out of with our 2WD but we got there in the end! Overall, we would visit again!

Beautiful views from all windows and we had a cosy comfy stay. We loved watching the changing scenery through the day. Highly recommended.

Steve's place feels like home. It's decorated nicely and is very spacious. We felt very comfortable with 3 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances and a lot of cookware. Location is great too. It's a place that we would love to come back to when we come to the area again in the future.

Margaret’s cottage was very clean and well-appointed (the little things like bath robes and good quality towels were a nice touch). The two lovely decks/verandas were great to enjoy all the generous supply Margaret had provided (fresh breakfast produce, jams, teas etc.) on. We and our dog had a great stay!

Suzie is an exceptional host - kind, helpful, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Her place is immaculate, neat, and perfectly located within walking distance to the train station. We loved our stay and highly recommend Suzie's place to anyone visiting the Blue Mountains.
