Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Diese stilvolle Unterkunft im Erdgeschosses eines alten Bauernhauses, besticht mit Schreinermöbeln in einer unschlagbaren Lage. In wenigen Minuten (Pkw) haben sie alles was sie im Urlaub benötigen. Mit unverbautem Blick in die Berge lässt es sich sowohl auf der angrenzenden Terrasse, sowie in einer gemütlichen Eckbank mit einer kleinen Familie gut aushalten. Der angrenzende Bauernhof mit Kälbern und Rindern lässt jedes Kinderherz höher schlagen und lädt zu ausgiebigen Streicheleinheiten ein.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Whether hiking, cycling, swimming or skiing - our apartment offers the optimal starting point for any outdoor activity. There are also numerous ways to spend a nice time outside in nature in the immediate surroundings. Just walk out the door and up the mountain!

From the house you can start several small hikes (e.g. to the castle ruins or to the Faulensee), otherwise you can of course also get to the mountains quickly.
