Mr. and Ms. Chu met us at the entrance of the community and guided us through the entire apartment in very detailed manner. Everything was well organized. They are nice owners. The apartment is super quiet and surrounded by greens. A true getaway from busy urban life. It is spacious and decently decorated. Its proximity to the Taipei zoo has made our trip easier - the kid enjoyed it. The community was quiet too. The guard has been helpful for opening garage and guiding the food delivery service. There are also plenty of choices of restaurants nearby. It surely should be the top choice for anyone looking to visit the zoo during the trip.

My family stayed at Whitty's place for 3 months, the area has ALOT of great food, with huge variety! Very convenient for transport - MRT station 3 mins walk and lots of buses. Very close to Taipei Zoo great if you have kids. Suitable for families. They have prepared everything you need including a clothes dryer and dehumidifier which are essential during wet seasons in Taipei. Each room and the living room has its own split system (cooling & heating). A large fridge and a very functional kitchen. Bathroom is small but it does have a 2nd toilet at the back of the house. We found the entrance very convenient to park our strollers daily (we had 2) and the place is very suitable for kids as its on the ground floor (1F) so they are not running and jumping on someones ceiling! During our stay Whitty and her father were very responsive to any problems we had, and provided solutions immediately! Thank you and hopefully we will be back again!

great place and kind host

Amazing apartment with breathtaking views of Taipei! Conveniently just a 5 minute walk to the local train station. Very kind host and clean apartment. Highly recommended!

The host is very welcoming and even gave us a mini tour of the night market downstairs when we first arrived. The accommodation is comfortable and generally clean. Wendy also helped arrange a car to the airport for our departure — thank you for that! The only minor inconvenience was the upstairs toilet door, which couldn't close properly, and the dryer wasn’t working well. But overall, everything else was great! Would definitely book this accommodation again the next time I visit Taipei. Thank you, Wendy!

The place was just like the photos, and had everything you needed. As well as a pretty solid location about 5-10 minutes away from the MRT station.

One of my favorite features is the laundry room, which is so well-equipped and convenient, especially for longer stays. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail make it a place I can trust and enjoy without hesitation. Without a doubt, this has become my go-to accommodation in Taipei. Anne’s hospitality is amazing! She went above and beyond to ensure we arrived at the correct location and had all information and a detailed orientation of the building. The pool and hot spring is awesome but it is located about a 5-7 min walk beyond the community near IKEA which was unexpected but we got used to it. Location is convenient to MRT, UBike, Restaurants etc. Security guards are friendly. Space and community are both clean and quiet. Overall great but large community. The space is as described. The beds and blankets are comfy and the decor is chic. The building is earthquake proof because we experienced one while there: ). Anne was nice to check in and comfort us. I highly recommend her space.
