Vacation rentals with breakfast in Wengen

The arrival on Friday evening was not a problem at all, despite a slight delay due to traffic. So much can be done around Riggisberg. The weekend went by so fast. The weather was so perfect that we of course shared the hot tub. Also not to forget the delicious breakfast that was made with a lot of love. Those who like it quiet and hearty are in good hands with Rolf and Christine.

The family is straightforward, friendly and accommodating. I immediately felt comfortable and at home. The room is spacious and meets the description and my expectation. I highly recommend the place and would book again anytime.

Very good stay, Edith is adorable and always attentive, very flexible, smiling and polite. Excellent breakfast with fresh products and with the cheeses she makes herself. We stayed two nights with two adults and a child, it was great! Recommended!

Sandra and Hugo must be the best hosts we ever met. Their hospitality is top notch. We pivot from renting a car to taking train/bus due to documentation problem. Thanks to Sandra’s prompt responses, we were able to reach her place before sunset. We told Sandra and Hugo that their house is actually much better than described on AirBnB. Highly recommended to stay at Sandra and Hugo’s house. Thanks to Hugo and his kindness for driving us to Thun to take the bus/train to Interlaken. Hugo even helped us to deposit our 2 large luggages at the train station. What a kind man !!! We had dinner Alpler Magronen which was specially prepared by Sandra. What a delicious meal !!! In the morning prior to our departure, we were hosted to the best breakfast we had in Switzerland. Thanks Sandra and Hugo. Your hospitality will always be remembered in our heart.

Madeleine and Walter are very accommodating and make it very easy to feel right at home. In the homely accommodation, the soul can quickly unwind and re-energize. The crowning glory was the regional and delicious breakfast with beautiful views of the Bernese Oberland.

Simple but functional room, quite small. For one night on a bike tour tiptop. It has everything you need. Cozy Zmorge, you feel very welcome. Restaurant tip: Hotel Diana near Ried (10 min walk), above-average food and drink offer and - if you are lucky - spontaneous iodine inserts of other guests ...

Nothing to complain about Roland’s property. It’s surrounded by beautiful scenery in really peaceful area on the mountain. Brigitte is a very nice host. She picked us up to guide us to the property because we arrived quite late evening. The breakfast was also really nice. She served typical Swiss breakfast for me to experience the local food. I definitely would come back.

Probably the best Airbnb place we have ever stayed...The moment you step inside, you could feel right at home...The kids had fun with the drawing materials and toys kept in the apartment...And the surroundings is nothing less than breathtaking...Highly recommend...

Very friendly host. Bedroom easily separated with a curtain. Great that there were shelves for storage. Everything well labeled, simple but practical. Some street noise.

We stayed three nights in Martin’s place. It is a beautiful place with a lovely view in a very charming village! Murren is so quaint. I highly recommend Murren, and Martins place is very clean and nice and convenient to the tram up to Schilthorn and also to the train/tram down to Lauterbrunnen. Also Martin’s flat is part of the Jungfrau hotel and so breakfast is included, which is a nice feature. They had a good breakfast, which is very convenient and a good value when you have a larger family. Overall I would highly recommend Martin’s place!

Very nice place in a quiet area. Ideal for us, as we were at an event on the Gurten, the train is accessible with a short walk. Barbara was a very accommodating hostess who welcomed us warmly and even provided everything necessary for a small breakfast.

One of the best Airbnbs we've been to so far. We felt right at home, everything was super clean and well equipped. The quiet location in the middle of the mountains is fantastic. Nina and Stefan are very friendly hosts who really took care of everything and were always available. In addition, there was a delicious breakfast every morning, just great! Thanks for this lovely stay. We will be happy to come back!

We had a warm and friendly welcome from Kim and Louisa during our stay at their lovely apartment. The pictures really don’t do it justice—it’s much more beautiful and spacious in person. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the mountains from the balcony, which made our mornings and evenings so special. Kim and Louisa were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Additionally, the food at their restaurant was fabulous, adding an extra touch of delight to our visit. Initially, we were concerned about potential noise since the apartment is above their restaurant. However, there was no need to worry, as the family’s private quarters were between the restaurant and the apartment, providing a peaceful and quiet stay. Overall, the apartment was a fantastic choice, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience!

The most pleasant experience I can remember having! Wonderful cozy breakfast area. Friendly people. Peaceful area. Margrit is a delight, very compassionate and very attentive to needs. Was confused about the bed that was different than the photo. Was a bunkbed but I got well needed sleep. It was raining morning I was to leave on my motorcycle and Margrit gave me a rain cover. But, magically it cleared up and the rest of the day was beautiful.

Esther was very welcoming. The hotel is charming with lots of beautiful woodwork. The view outside our window was spectacular, and the continental type breakfast had a spread of yogurts, breads, cheeses, cereal, fruit, meats, and deliciously cooked hardboiled eggs (with the yolks not overdone). The bus conveniently stops nearby. Thanks, Esther, for a great stay!

We had the most delightful stay at Kerry and Peter’s Hayloft Bed and Breakfast! The place itself is absolutely charming and unique, with every corner brimming with character. The views from the property were simply breathtaking, adding a touch of magic to our entire trip. Kerry and Peter were fantastic hosts, and communication was seamless from start to finish. The breakfast they provided was amazing—fresh, delicious, and it felt just like a cozy family meal. It’s clear they put so much care into everything they do, and it really made our stay special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return!

Amazing views, and great accessibility to great hikes. Lisa is such an attentive host, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! A bit of a walk from the bus stop, but beyond that I have no complaints whatsoever.

This stay is great - quick walking access in Interlaken and all trains and busses - West station is about 6 mins walk, East is 20 mins. 1.5 hrs to Jungfraujoch, less than an hour to Lauterbrunnen or Grindelwald, about an hour to Thun. Easy river walk 20 mins to the Harder Kulm rail car. Tall guys, you need to know this: I am 6'4" tall (or 194 cm), and I had to duck in the apartment - my head was literally on the ceiling, and I hit my head on crossbeams multiple times. You will not be able to stand up in the shower fully either. However, I still stayed a full 5 days there as I thought the apartment and location were worth it. The breakfast Gabriela provides is great too - and right downstairs in Cafe Treff! Yogurt, melon, croissants and bread, jams, honey, cappuccinos! Truly a benefit of the stay. Gabriela was very reachable and responsive and even did our laundry for a reasonable fee! I would recommend this stay to anyone, especially non-summer (Americans, there is no A/C).

Mägi and Beat are very warm and accommodating, we lacked nothing. We felt at home thanks to the loving hospitality, the get-together and the open conversations. The room is perfect for two people, the breakfast was plentiful and varied and the sauna with mountain views a highlight! The ski resort is huge and can be reached quickly on foot. A heartfelt thanks to both of them, we spent 3 wonderful days :-)
