You will be in a quiet area while being close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and local shops. The public transport necessary to move in Brussels is at 100m. Close to the Avenue Louise, the Grand-Place and the city center.

It is on the 2nd floor of a small building without elevator access, located at the foot of the Basilica and close to several shops (grocery stores, bakeries, etc.).
