The apartment was bigger than expected. The space was comfortable and we felt welcome right away. The hot tub was perfect and very clean. Mary Alice responded very quickly and gave great recommendations for restaurants and local activities. The space itself was immaculate and the decor was beautiful. I hope I can book this again in the future

Meghan's home was a perfect place to stay for my sister's Bachelorette weekend! The home is located in a quiet community with views of the river and bay, and it was conveniently located with just a short drive into the heart of Portland. We found our stay extremely comfortable, especially on such a cold and dreary April weekend. Meghan had the hottub ready for us with matching robes for all which was a fun surprise. Check in and check out were a breeze. We even took a breakfast recommendation from the guest book (Forage Market, yum!), a tasty experience indeed. Thanks again, Meghan!

Clean and good storage for a small space. Good location

Great place to stay in Ogunquit area! The cottage is exactly as described, and well located between Wells and Ogunquit - you do need a car to get around easily as others have said. This is a fantastic place to stay with kids - having the pool facilities especially is great as a break from the beach. Julie and Derek left great advice as well as flexibility on check-in - thanks again!

This house has a beautiful location super close to the beach and a close walk to restaurants and activities. It has great views and plenty of room for a large group! Check in was super easy and they greeted us and went through everything so clearly that we knew where everything was and how to use it all - which was very helpful with such a big place with so many amenities. The hosts were communicative and helpful leading up to our stay and again with check out. The house itself is stunning with everything stocked for your stay. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a train that runs close by so definitely bring your sound machine. Would definitely rent this place again!

Robin and Peter’s place and wonderful spot to stay, they have books of secrets inside that give you ideas of things to do around kittery and a bunch more, they have everything labeled so well which had almost all my questions answered instantly. Not to mention the hot tub and huge bonus. 10/10 would recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

Gorgeous grounds and location for a quiet peaceful weekend getaway! David was very responsive and personable. The cabin is eclectic with something new and interesting in every corner.

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our group of ten family members that were in the area to celebrate a wedding for the weekend. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and we were so impressed with their hospitality!! So many nice touches and such a spacious, comfortable home - no detail overlooked. I booked the house as a place for my family of 6 (4 adult children) and our black lab, to come together for Easter weekend. Since my boys live in Portsmouth we only needed 2 bedrooms and this house made the perfect getaway and place to host dinners. The house was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the enormous fenced in yard all weekend. The host had many yard games which we played and our lab was so happy too. The fire pit was an added bonus for a night of s’more making. We truly had a wonderful time and the house really felt like home. Ps the stairs are fine once you get used to them. Rebecca was responsive and a wonderful host.

My fiancée and I stayed here for a week with our dog, Lily. It was a great location - only a short drive to Portland and in a beautiful neighborhood. The area is wooded, peaceful and highly walkable. The amenities in the house were perfect - so convenient to have a washer and dryer. We were able to cook breakfast every morning before our day got started with the fully stocked kitchen. The bed was super comfortable! We slept great. Elizabeth was responsive and friendly. Would stay again and highly recommend her place.

Sadie and Laughlin are the best Airbnb hosts we have come across. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment is very clean, has lovely furnishings, is nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable 3 and a half day stay in Portland. Both bedrooms are a good size and have incredibly comfortable beds. When we needed help with something, our hosts came around fast to help us. If we are ever back in Portland, we shall gladly book again with them. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Beautiful home, beautiful area. We had a great time just staying in and watching movies. Dogs enjoyed the big yard just as much as we did. Would definitely stay again.

We love coming here. The beach is right across the street for me to look for rocks and sea glass and then right down the road is the beach for swimming. Perfect little getaway. Rachel is an amazing hostess.

This was the perfect place for a girl's weekend. Very close to Kittery and Portsmouth shops, great seafood restaurants and State Park beaches. We were lucky the temperature was cool, as a lot of the windows didn't have screens and were too hard to open. I assumed maybe the owners haven’t fully switched over to summer mode as it's been cold up till recently. Wonderful decor, very whimsical.

Rita was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Place was clean and inviting, close to the strip. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our visit to Appledore Cottage! It was quaint and perfectly relaxing. The screened in porch was the best place to just sit…very quiet and peaceful!

Home is very expansive with room for multiple families to reside together. Lots of games and activities for all ages. Amazing location within minutes to airport and short drive to downtown

We loved Sue’s place! Felt like a home. Kids loved the gameroom and pool. We enjoy how close it was to the beach and shops.
