Super easy to get ahold of and super accommodating! If I ever need to stay in Waterloo again, will definitely be staying here again!

The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The two bedrooms were spacious with cozy beds, and the 1.75 bathrooms made it really convenient for me and my spouse. The kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for cooking meals during our stay – having a dishwasher was a big plus. We also appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer, which came in handy for our longer visit. The living area was a nice spot to relax, and the TV had a good selection of channels for downtime. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped apartment!💖

Had a great almost 2 month stay at the apartment. It was tastefully furnished and we enjoyed our stay. The views in the apartment are also amazing. The host, Rajbeer was very responsive, answered my many questions and catered to our requests for additional items such as a blender. Would definitely recommend to others.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s place. It was extremely extremely clean and well stocked with amenities for our stay. Andrew himself was very responsive and helpful and made our stay a very stress-free one.

Very clean and neat. Have everything I need : bathroom, washer ,dryer , well equipped kitchen . Owner very nice and respond to issue ( a light bulb burnt) swiftly . Will definitely come again .

Was staying for golf - great location, close to everything

I could not have asked for better hosts. The kindness, hospitality and friendship extended to me by Tam and Anurag allowed me to feel very comfortable and at home. Their lovely home is well located with many shops, bus stops and pharmacy within a short stroll. The room was clean, quiet and well-appointed. The bed is on the firm side. The dedicated bathroom is directly across from the room with great shower pressure and hot water. As my stay was on the longer side, they kindly allotted me dedicated fridge and kitchen storage space. I also had good use of the washer and dryer. My stay exceeded my expectation and I am grateful to have met such wonderful people that I now consider friends. Thank you Tam, Anurag and Tim-Tim! 💯🙏❤

Tyrone is easily the best experience I have had with AirBnb, an absolute gent of a host. Extremely helpful and gets back to you ASAP on any request! The apartment itself is really well set up with everything where you expect it and the layout makes it so easy to keep clean, it's also situated near some decent restaurants like Tamasha, Trunk and Coops Chicken. Obviously theres a Tim Hortons only a 3 minute walk and there's a groovy supermarket down King steet. Also very close to the Kitchener Markets. Next visit I will be staying here too if available.

Great Place to Stay @ Will certainly stay again

We had an amazing stay. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub and pool were both incredible and made the experience even better. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the summer. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable stay.

Amanda was a wonderful host with excellent communication. The home was well represented in the listing, easily handled our family mix of kids and adults and was both welcoming and relaxing. We loved the spacious feel everywhere, especially the big entryway for all the winter wear for kids and adults. It was a wonderful place to stay in the Grand Valley area!

Great spot. Honest host, easy to work with

Gorgeous contemporary home with super comfy beds, great bathrooms and amazing kitchen. Highlight was the automatic coffee/espresso machine that makes amazing specialty coffee drinks (there is a drip maker for ordinary coffee) and 2 fresh bags of coffee for our use. Loved the livingroom sofa for TV watching, parking was super easy, very walkable neighborhood and grocery/restaurants within just a few minutes walk or drive. Google does send you down the street and does not seem to know exactly where the house is, and digital keypad was a little tricky (press the checkmark key BEFORE putting in the code), but Steve was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.
