Upstairs there are two independent bedrooms, a double bedroom, and a second four-bed room. On the ground floor there is a spacious terrace. The area is fenced with a parking lot for guests. On the plot there is a swing, slide, sandpit and trampoline. Nearby you will find a restaurant, bars, and a playground. Horse stud, bike rental, bike paths leading to the sea and lake.
