Great place to stay! Kristen was very helpful with instructions and the place was clean! Only minor issue was the thermostat has a lower limit so it got a little warm so bring a fan. Overall it's a great place to get away! Would definitely stay again!

I can't say enough great things about Phillip's lake house! My family, husband and two sons in their early 20's, absolutely loved every aspect of the place! The house looks just like the pictures, beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home. The kitchen was gorgeous and modern, loved the Keurig and thanks for some pods! Same with dishwasher. Bathrooms were beautiful. Enough towels for everyone. Beds were comfy and large. The boys enjoyed the downstairs entertainment room and we all enjoyed air hockey and pool and basketball in the rec room. The lake was so peaceful and calming. We all loved sitting out on the huge deck and also on the huge lawn. So conducive to reading a good book! Smart TVs were great too. Phillip was SO responsive to my questions, thank you Phillip! Enjoyed exploring Birmingham and Leeds-the Buc Ees was awesome! Oxford and Pell City and Talladega were all fun to explore too. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Even my picky boys loved it!

Great little getaway on a beautiful calm quiet lake. the house itself also has a lot more space that it appears to have in the description.

Susan was very helpful in finding local restaurants. The house was very clean and organized. Kitchen was well equipped. The sun room has a beautiful view of the water. Bathrooms and bedrooms were neat and clean. We will definitely go back.

This location was very peaceful and clean. It would be a really great place for a large group, especially if you had children with you. Gary communicated very well with us. We encountered no issues, but I feel that if we did, he would have been right on it.

First of all Lake Arrowhead is a beautiful area with loads of outdoor activities. Andy’s place was perfect for us. Plenty of room and had every thing we needed. Very clean and safe. Our dog enjoyed both the deck and screened in porch. Highly recommend this place and would go back but while we were here we bought a house in the community. Beautiful mountain and lake views here.

This was a great place to stay while we were visiting Bouckaert Farm. It was a short drive to the venue and was peaceful and quiet. We also caught a lot of fish on the pond behind the house. We would definitely stay again if we come back for another horse show.

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was strong, and I appreciated the little touches like extra towels and a stocked coffee station. What really stood out, though, was the host. Communication was prompt and friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always available if I had any questions. Very nice older fella, had a carepackage for us in the fridge and everything. My only suggestion. The place says it sleep 4. It does but barely. Thats on me though for improper planning. Otherwise a great little bnb with a great host and plenty to enjoy. 5 stars

Amazing! Bed, pillows and sheets are so comfortable. We went out on the lake on the inflatable canoe and paddle board and saw a bald eagle! Butter and Milk restaurant a few miles away is super tasty. New grill, new washer and dryer, fireplace for s'mores. Also had nice fishing poles and lures. Loved it a lot!

We came to town for 2 nights for a competition. My wife and 2 kids and my mother-in-law. It was the perfect size, vibe, location, etc for task in town but also for making memories… Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality as well.

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities! It was pristinely clean, smelling great, but not overpowering at all! Easy to check in, I had one little snag with the Ring alarm system, but Nicole and Damion responded quickly to help. The beds were comfy, pillows too, even though I brought my own. No ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but there were these wonderful oscillating desk fans that did the job just fine! I liked sleeping with it on so much, that I may have to get one for my own room! The TVs had many subscription services already signed in and available with a profile for Airbnb guests so that was nice. Shampoo and body wash was even provided! The view from the deck and the huge living room windows was awesome as well! Plenty of space to relax! Loved this home! Thanks for a great weekend!

A very unique and cool house with amazing views overlooking the water. Clean and spacious with lake house vibes, tucked away off the road for privacy making it a great getaway. Will consider this place again next year.

Debra was absolutely AMAZING, went above and beyond and made sure we felt right at home. The view is absolutely amazing, lots of deer and such and an astonishing view. Extremely grateful for being able to stay here and absolutely will book again when in the area! Thank you so much!

This house is exactly as described and pictured. A very comfortable home with lots of amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space in the home to spread out. There are lake views from almost every room in the house and those views are beautiful. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend at this home and would definitely rebook should we be in the area again.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at Kyle and Ashley’s beautiful lake house. The location was peaceful and private and their home was amazing. Our hosts were responded quickly to any questions and proactively let us know of a potential concern before our arrival. We hope to return to the lake house soon! It was great!

This place was beautiful inside and out. We had a great time at the lake and loved all the provided boats and floats for us to relax on the water. The house was beautiful, and so clean! We loved playing pool and card games, and watching movies in the movie room. Thanks for a great place to stay for our little vacation!

Katherine was the most gracious and thoughtful host. She was super communicative and flexible. Our family felt right at home from the start. The extra goodies she left was such a sweet touch. The house itself is a little older but clean and organized - We loved waking up every morning to the little family of deer right outside the window. It was such a magical trip with memories that will last a lifetime.
