Beautiful 2bd farm cottage in Leeds

This is a wonderful place to stay, surrounded by fields with sheep, horses and even two llamas! It's easy to get into central Leeds by car or by bus from the farm. The cottage is well equipped and clean and Nicky replies promptly if there are any issues. We took our dog and she had a great time in the neighbouring woods and river. Would love to return to the cottage sometime in the future!

Penny’s place is a fine converted barn in the country with bags of character. It felt to us as somewhere different and special. How many Airbnb’s have red kites circling low overhead and woodpeckers in the garden!! Penny herself was very welcoming and very friendly and keen that we should enjoy our stay. We have fond memories of our stay. We would recommend it and look forward to our next time

Fantastic cottage exactly as it’s described in the listing. The location couldn’t be more perfect for a quick walk to Otley Road for its bars and restaurants, but still very much tucked away from the hustle and feels very secluded. We were in the area for a golf trip and it was absolutely perfect for 10-min drives to access the many courses around Headingley, Alwoodley & Moortown.

Absolutely faultless stay at Carol’s place, very friendly host, flexible and responsive when I wanted to amend my check in time. Explained everything clearly and left us to it, but available to help if needed. The place itself was clean, beautifully designed and felt like a home away from home. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Really lovely stay, very welcoming and lovely area. Amanda was so lovely and accommodating, we felt right at home. Comfy bed, nice shower and a well equipped, clean kitchen - everything you could ask for in a short stay! Would highly recommend.

Cosy garden apartment with patio & private entry

The apartment was bijou, but a well planned space that was comfortable and easy to live in, with everything you need to hand. There was a very cosy bedroom with a good mattress and pillows and I have to say I slept like a log until the dawn chorus woke me up. The shower had a good flow and was always hot. It was easy to make snacks and do basic cooking such as pasta, omelette etc but not nothing too adventurous. The outside space was a real bonus as it got the sun all day, perfect for sitting and reading. The area was quiet, parking was easy just outside the property. Some good walking along the meanwood trail, accessable a stonesthrow away, and I loved the woods, the waterfalls and the decent coffee at the end of a walk to Meanwood Park, or the other way Golden Acre Park. A supermarket in walking distance. A bus stop to Leeds too. The host was discrete, quiet but to hand and very helpful. It was an ideal comfortable base and also my little bolt-hole, whilst visiting family.

A group of us stayed here for a family wedding. The location was great as it was around 10mins from everywhere we had to be. Very clean and cosy. The log fire was a beautiful peace which enhanced the cosiness of the cottage. Very private, quiet and peaceful place. Would highly recommend, if i ever need to stay in Leeds again, i would 100% book again! Communication from the host was quick aswel which always helps

Juliette and Nick’s loft is a peaceful and comfortable space in a safe and affluent residential area of Bramhope. There is a lovely view through large windows looking out over gardens, fields and hills. The breakfast was generous and I enjoyed the nice toiletries. I also appreciated the plants, books, ornaments and thoughtful touches which made it a homely and welcoming place to be. Juliette and Nick were really hospitable and all communication beforehand was great too. We recommend the loft as a fab place to stay and look forward to returning ourselves one day.

Lovely little place to stay when I’m working locally. It’s perfect and functional. The kitchen is v. basic so plan to eat out and buy take away/non cooking food mainly. I will always stay here when I work nearby Donna is really nice and it is very private and quiet.

Ellis' place was really cosy and in a great location for Headingley and the Brudenell Social Club. Bedding was super comfy and room was nice and cosy. Ellis himself was friendly, communicative, and couldnt do more to ensure I was looked after! Was really happy and would stay again!
