We are about 35 minutes from Clearwater, St. Pete, and Tampa. This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, or work-from-home alternative. Modern bathroom, and big dining area! this is the perfect home to make memories in. The entire home is yours except the garage, the garage is separately rented to another guest. The pool is not heated!

Nemely's place was one of the cleanest places my husband & I stayed at. Everything in the place appeared to be new. Its located very close to downtown New Port Richey with lots of restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend it to family or friends that are visiting this area.

Amazing airbnb- incredibly clean and loved all the windows/natural light, super cozy bed/couch! I appreciate the host's thoughtfulness and quick responses! Didn't realize what a cute little downtown New Port Richey had. Also super close to some amazing beach sunsets!

My husband and I booked David and Lisely's home for 6 weeks. We were sad to have to leave! Everything inside was recently updated so it was like being in a new home. The home was very well stocked. Our kids and grandchildren joined us for awhile and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The large heated pool was a plus. There was a glitch with the heated pool in the very beginning and after David came to try to fix it, he had a brand new pool heater installed within a couple of days. I couldn't say enough about what that kind of attention meant to us. I would book again if we are in this area!
