Black River A-Frame | Fire Pit, Fenced Yard, Hikes

CalvinRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Amanda’s place was perfect for our small family that included a 1+ year old and our pup. A beautiful A-Frame cabin, that was really private and peaceful but also really convenient to get around to all the little towns, outdoors and great restaurants worth visiting. The property had everything we needed and wanted and that made our stay incredibly comfortable. Amanda was really proactive and responsive. We really appreciated it and she made us feel so at home and welcome. I wound highly recommend Amanda’s place if you’re visiting Vermont. We would certainly come back!

Bluesky Vermont

RebeccaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My fiancé and I had a great time.  The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well put together with updated appliances.   We took advantage of the hiking trails in the neighborhood and enjoyed cool evenings on the porch.  We’ll be back!

Sunny, serene, second floor

EvaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a blissful place to stay. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The linens were crisp and fresh, and the bathroom towels were some of the thickest, most luxurious I’ve ever experienced in an Airbnb. The decor is fresh and modern with a playful retro touch in the kitchen that adds charm and character. I wish I had more time to enjoy the space—especially the perfect work-from-"home" setup tucked under the eaves. I was attending an artist retreat at the Smiley Manse, which was conveniently less than five minutes away.

Red Barn Cabin Near Okemo

What a wonderful home! My husband and I and our dog had a great time staying at this tiny house. Such thoughtful touches, peaceful (especially with the bubbling brook in the back), and so cozy. Lots to do in the area, and only a 5 minute drive to Mt. Ascutney for hiking. Mark was super responsive and provided helpful recommendations. We loved staying here and would 100% recommend to anyone!!

Peaceful Vermont Cottage

JoshuaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Joe and Sandra were excellent, very responsive hosts. More responsive (and considerate) than just about any host I've come across on AirBnB. The house felt very secluded, even with being fairly close to a road. Nighttime was full of the sounds of the stream, crickets, and sometimes owls! The house was adequately furnished with the basics and met our needs for a short stay, maybe a little challenging for long stays. Beds were very comfy, fast WiFi, and forced air heat if you need it. *Also* HUGE plus to have basically new washer and dryer if you need it. Not something common! Would definitely stay here again if we revisit the area.

Stylish Ascutney Cabin •View •Chef’s Kitchen •Pets

AmandaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had a great stay! The house was well-appointed and comfortable. We especially loved the covered porch and beautiful view. It was a great home base for exploring the area, including several nearby hiking trails, Woodstock and Quechee (about a half hour away), and Brattleboro (less than an hour away). Ab was a fantastic host. He was proactive with communication and even checked in with us to make sure we had power after some strong thunderstorms that had moved through the area.
