* No cleaning fees :) * Relax and unwind on our small peaceful farm guest sleep out. One bedroom one bathroom sleep out with kitchenette. One king size bed and a pull out sofa bed. Would suggest this for children only for the limited room. Can provide a travel cot for infants if organised in advance. 10 mins drive away from Kai Iwi beach and a 20-25mins drive to Whanganui. We are situated on the main highway but far enough to not hear traffic. Great location for kids to run around.

This was a nice and peaceful guest house with nice views over a valley. Only 10 minutes away from Whanganui but it felt like you were miles away with the surrounding countryside. The house was nice and clean and warms up easily with the heat pump. The kitchen was well equipped with most things that you would need. Thanks Tes

Rochelle is a very responsive host with instructions on local places to eat and helpful tips for our stay. The place was beautiful, well equipped and we really appreciated the extra touches like milk in the fridge for our cuppa. Beds warm and comfortable. We would love to return and stay another time.
