Vacation rentals with a sauna in Watthana

Sinra was very responsive, helpful and patient. Check in was easy. Apartment is just as it appears in the photos. It has a convenient location with nearby public transportation and restaurants. Building has two gyms and two swimming pools, with a fantastic view of Bangkok from the top floor. Great place to stay!

I stay in this condo multiple times with different hosts’ room but Monika brings my experience to a different level. Her place made me feel like home. Monika knows I need to work remotely so she proactively upgraded the internet package to meet my needs. Monika responds to my message in a reasonable reply time manner. Before we arrive, she pre check the room and make sure it meet her standard. Her room is full of home warming decor that she likes. Very secure condo and area with face scan entrance. During my stay, there was a tiny issue and I messaged Monika, she respond right away and provide a complete solution. She even came and visit the other day and greeted me in person. We have a great chat together and she show me around in the EmDistrict. I love this condo because there are 3 different exits to 2 major roads. In case one of the road has traffic jam, we can use another route to get out of the area. Condo provide free shuttle service to BTS station in every 15 mins

Great host, he was very helpful and always available. He even had someone available at the building 24x7 to help out. Superb. Flat was clean, very well furnished and the location is fantastic. Surrounded by restaurants and just a few minutes’ walk to all the big malls and BTS. Building is great, very secured and safe, with a fantastic pool, gym & spa. Great stay will definitely keep coming back.

Waren bevoorrecht om deze condo te mogen huren, complete inrichting, goed bed, complete badkamer met (regen)douche, en bad......en schitterend uitzicht over de chaopraya! En dan het zwembad op de 6e verdieping, werkelijk schitterend! Ook was er een complete gym,.....maar hebben daar geen gebruik van gemaakt. Gratis bootservice naar de overkant inclusief. Nath is een superhost!, reageerde altijd meteen bij vragen en dacht meteen mee in oplossingen en regelde het! Wij zijn al verschillende keren in Bangkok geweest, maar deze keer was het toch wel helemaal top! Bij deze wil ik ook het personeel, zoals de dames van de schoonmaak, de beveiliging benoemen voor hun werk, vriendelijkheid en service gerichtheid, niets was hun teveel!! Wij hebben het heel erg naar onze zin gehad en kunnen echt niet bedenken wat beter zou kunnen,.....nogmaals mr. Nath, dank u wel voor de gastvrijheid!!

Die Unterkunft war eine sehr gut geeignete Basis für unsere Unternehmungen in Bangkok, mit sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Ganz nahe findet man auch kleine Märkte, eine Foodstreet und viele Frühstücks-Möglichkeiten. Trotz der Lage an einer lebendigen Straße war es im 24. Stock nicht laut. Die AC funktioniert ganz sanft und beinahe unmerkbar leise, sehr angenehm. Dara war so freundlich und ließ unser Gepäck am Abreisetag unterstellen. Das war eine große Hilfe, da unsere Flüge erst spät Abends gingen.

Ami and her team were very friendly host and made our stay very memorable. They were helpful und always responded very quickly. The apartment was spotless and had all we needed. The rooftop infinity pool has an amazing view! In Bangkok you do have to travel a little bit around town generally, luckily the metro station is really close. I would gladly comeback in the future.

Comfy & cozy and yet, spacious! Felt like a “home away from home” from the moment I arrived! Nuttama was an extremely helpful and responsive host from the start offering excellent suggestions on great places to eat nearby according to my particular tastes and, mentioned other helpful conveniences nearby, too. Nice building and, adjacent to a hotel with onsite restaurants. Loved the scent wafting through air in the lobby! Cool city view and yet, still felt private being on the 17th floor, with not one but, two balconies! Nice tub for a soak too, in addition to the separate enclosed shower area.

I stayed a few days after the quake and life was pretty normal. No cracks on walls or building but Garden cordoned off as well as the roof top pool. No biggie. Hope it’s re-opened next time. Super easy walk to MRT and secure, cozy, private apartment with amenities on the ground floor. There were a few more rules noted in the flat e.g. smoking weed carries an enormous fine which should be made clear online but again, no biggie. It was a lovely place to unwind after exploring

We had a wonderful time in Bangkok. After our vacation in Koh Samui we stayed in Bangkok for 3 days. The accommodation was close to the metro station (BTS), so we could easily go to all places. The apartment is on the 25th floor, so it is rather quiet and we had a wonderful view of the city of Bangkok. There is a supermarket near the apartment and many places to eat. We enjoyed our stay in Bangkok and would highly recommend this host.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. P’ Pimnara was nice to greet me and show me the apartment. It may not be a huge apartment but definitely cosy. The nearest BTS is a bit of a walk and may be a bit difficult to walk to if you have a lot of luggages as the side walks are not big enough. However it is near many amenities. 7-11, Pharmacy, Big C Supermarket, Starbucks and many others. When I arrived at the property, it was 3 days after the earthquake that happened in Myanmar. While there are some superficial cracks, it is very safe and comfortable. The building security is also strict, which is good - for the safety of the residence. The toilet is spotless, the house is clean, the fridge works well, the television too and I think most importantly, bed is comfortable. I had a good stay here and without a doubt will be back again whenever I am able to book it for a trip to Bangkok. Thank you again for the space to feel home.

Заселение было легким, хозяин четко дал все инструкции. Более того, мы были удивлены расположением, ведь рядом был рынок с тайской едой, аттракционами и развлечениями! Также рядом есть 7-11 и торговый центр, а до ближайшей станции 15 минут пешком или 26 бат на граб байке. Все было чисто, было 4 подушки и хорошо работающий вай-фай. Также, жилье было невероятно тихим, мы наслаждались качественным сном и спокойствием. Жилье старое, но за ним следят и убирают, поэтому я однозначно рекомендую этого хозяина и это жилье! Спасибо большое! ☺️

Mi estancia en este alojamiento fue simplemente perfecta. El apartamento es espectacular, tal cual se ve en las fotos o incluso mejor. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y decorado con muy buen gusto. La ubicación es excelente, con acceso fácil a todo lo necesario y en una zona muy cómoda para moverse por Bangkok. El edificio cuenta con piscina, gimnasio y muchísimas facilidades que hacen que la experiencia sea aún más cómoda y agradable. Además, el anfitrión fue increíblemente amable y siempre muy comunicativo, respondiendo rápido y con total disposición a ayudar. 100% recomendado. Sin duda repetiría.

I had the best time at Aladins house he is so friendly and the house and community is so beautiful , in a great location in nonthaburi . Would definitely recommend you to stay here he made me feel like home and in such a beautiful environment . Pool gym sauna and steam room are amazing also , friendly security guards and right beside a 7/11. Thanks so much Aladin for a 10/10 stay

完美的民宿，完美啊，各方面都很赞，曼谷住过的最好的民宿，或者是我住过的最舒服的民宿。床头的柜子都可以给手机无线充电，投影电视，按摩椅，桑拿房，客厅沙发还有个腿部按摩器，车库，独栋别墅，2层4卧室，乳胶床垫，乳胶被子，乳胶枕头，咖啡机饮水机空气净化器，洗碗机风扇，3个洗手间2个厨房，超大客厅和阳台，真是一个很安心的曼谷度假房子，五星酒店都没这里舒适，曼谷五星酒店比上海北京还贵。曼谷住过的最好的民宿了，位置也非常市中心，去哪都方便，关键晚上特别安静，我最烦曼谷的摩托车和突突车的炸街声音。居然还有个汗蒸房，真的硬件和软件都没话说，装修的材料都是好东西，格局也很好，超透气，设施设备特别完善。总之，我希望再次带家人或者好友来入住，谢谢房东。

Always the best place to stay…. Stayed there about 1 year, very very kind hearted host. Always responded for anything we needed. The house is so peaceful surrounded with nature, and what more we can say, they were like a family when we had a medical emergency, helped us around, and been very flexible, hard to find people like them nowadays.…. And again came back to the same place, will come and stay again in the future! Note: There is a review by a person named Loris, I’m sure it’s must be a big miscommunication with the host….impossible they behave that way….felt want to express my opinion after i had read the review!
