Spacious in-law suite on 3rd floor of our house conveniently located in Watertown, a few steps away from Harvard Square bus line as well as a 20 minutes drive to downtown Boston. Free parking spot for your car. The main studio has a sitting area, working desk as well as a cozy dining space, with a BONUS separate bedroom and PRIVATE bathroom with shower. NO KITCHEN. When weather permits, you can relax on the balcony and enjoy the sunset while sipping your drinks. We have ample closet space.

Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

The space is newly renovated and includes all new linens, a rug, pillows, and a comfortable bed. It's perfect for those who want a homier feel than a hotel but don't need access to a kitchen. The suite includes an electric kettle and a mini-fridge, but no microwave or TV. Please note there is a flight of stairs to access the unit. Come enjoy a stay in our neighborhood.

Large sunny room with lovely sitting area.

A beautiful, spacious, and sunny bedroom with a sitting area equipped with coffee maker, electric kettle, and small fridge at a single-family house with porches and a nice yard, right on the 71 bus line, 15 minutes from Harvard Square. Gretchen prepares homemade granola and freshly baked cookies. Fridge stocked with yogurts and beverages. We have a home filtration system providing clean water at every tap. We have 2 friendly cats. Second bedroom with double bed available for larger parties.

3 bedrooms with queen bed and an extra sunroom with twin bed. This condo is located in a very quiet neighborhood with off street parking. Newly renovated. It's on the second floor. Very convenient location, 3 miles to Harvard, MIT, Boston College and 15 minutes to Boston University, Northeastern, Fenway, Newbury street. Bus 70, 71 are in walking distance directly to Harvard or MIT. Arsenal mall is in walking distance. Excellent restaurants from all the ethnicities.

The room has a twin bed and is in the basement, cozy and quiet. In winter, hallway is cool and the furnace makes a sound when on. The room has tile flooring, two bed end tables, two lamps with USB charge ports, a small desk with an office chair, a mirror, and a tower fan that can make white noise. This bedroom shares a full bathroom on the second floor with two other bedrooms which are also rented through AirBnb.

New couch! New towels and linens! Fresh paint! New flooring coming soon. This private apartment is part of my home but has a separate entrance, full bath, living room and private bedroom. We're in a family neighborhood close to the city, and very convenient for those visiting with a car.
