Calm, Clean and Convenient

Clean and quiet! This is a newly built duplex with beautiful finishes and extras like the electric shades. Very clean and clutter free. Lots of little extras like snacks and beverages. There was also a child size Pac-Man arcade game that the whole family played. The unit has comfy furniture and great beds. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The neighbour hood is quiet and only a 4 min walk to a very large park that was great for our dog and kid. One draw back was how close the neighbours were on all sides but with the blinds, privacy wasn’t an issue. Parking was right in front of the door which made loading the vehicle easy. Also it is located within minutes of restaurants, grocery stores and a large mall. The host was responsive and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, we even added an extra night to our trip.

The stay at Anson's was amazing! the surroundings are beautiful and the place is very cozy. Anson is an excellent host, very responsive and provided great local recommendations! The unit was clean when we arrived and it matched the description and photos. Anson also has automatic lights that make life that much easier when arriving. I felt right at home in Anson's place! 10/10 recommend! Great stay and incredible host!

I had a great stay at Nate's and Kera's place while visiting the University of Guelph for a 3 week research fellowship. The location is superb - just a short walk into downtown and to the train station, and excellently located for running trails (taking in speed river trail, royal recreation trail and exhibition park). Also minutes from a bus stop that takes you directly to the university. The accomodation itself was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The shower is amazing! Communication with Nate and Kera was excellent. I would certainly stay again!

This is a beautiful Airbnb - one that I felt quite spoilt to stay at as I was there only for work purposes. Natalie has decorated the whole suite with lots of aesthetically pleasing wall art, furniture and other decorative pieces. There is every imaginable amenities - the kitchen has all the tools that may be required - drip brew coffee maker, moka pot and french press - just to give a sense. The beddings, towels, blankets are all provided in abundance. She was so kind and responsive that when the coffee maker was having some issues for me, she went out and bought a brand new and (expensive looking) coffee maker and had it there by that afternoon. Truly an amazing place.

Mary was a wonderful host and it was the nicest air bnb I’ve stayed in to date! We brought our 6 month old along, and Mary had lots of baby stuff for us to use. We forgot some stuff at her place and she was kind enough to mail it to us. Amazing host!

the host was wonderful left us to ourselves to be comfortable.but responded immediately to questions when texting her..the home was very inviting felt. like a home. small town feel where home is located everything in walking or biking distance. never seen a neighbour except one who waved. the deck is very private great place to sit outside to eat socialize and to play with our dog in fenced yard even our 4lb dog wasnt escaping..this was a wonderful place. to stay... our car wasnt fixed and ready to go when we were..and our ride was late and natalie was very wonderful about it .i felt i put her out and i was very embarrased and she was great about it that took alot of stress off me..as i am never so disorganized ..thank you so much natalie...
