Situated in the heart of Dungarvan, Number 10 is a dual story apartment with its own private balcony just off Dungarvan Quay with fabulous sea views. Upon entrance to main building both a lift and stairs are available. Town centre is within 2 minute walking distance. The start of the Greenway is also close by (within walking distance). We do have 2 adult bikes available for use and there is space where you can store your bikes if you choose to bring your own or there is bikes available locally.

Beautiful seafront apartment

A stunning and peaceful, ground floor apartment, overlooking the sea, with its own, private balcony, within walking distance of all the amenities that Dungarvan has to offer. A 48km “Greenway” cycling path is a short cycle away. The balcony faces SE and gets the morning/afternoon sunshine. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay in this lively seaside town (no tumble dryer). A designated parking space, at the front door, is convenient for drivers. The Copper Coast is nearby.

The Granary Loft is one of four apartments in the outbuilding that contained the grain and cattle for the original dairy farm. A cosy one bedroom loft with all modern amenities. Outside the self contained apartment there are 10 acres of grounds for our guests to explore and enjoy with generous lawns, spectacular views and a 2 minute walk to Annestown Beach using our private path.
