Staying at Eileen's home was truly a dream come true. Nestled on the hill overlooking Coral Bay, the view from the property is nothing short of breathtaking. Watching the sunrise each morning was an unforgettable experience, and the accommodations were perfect for our family. We felt so at home and comfortable throughout our stay at Coconut Breeze. Our time on St. John was made even more special thanks to the warm and generous hospitality Eileen extended to us. It was a much-needed and truly relaxing getaway, and we are already looking forward to returning for future visits. Thank you, Eileen, for making our vacation so memorable!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Villa Paradiso was incredible! Hilltop location, overlooking to Jost Van Dyke. The roads are a little harrowing to get up there, but easily navigable, and once there it’s pure solitude. Our kids lived the pool. The kitchen had everything to cook to dinner for our group of 10. The outdoor showers were the cherry on top. Would rate the home 10/10 and Rehanna and Sylvia were so so great to communicate with.

We loved our week long stay at Pressure Drop! We were a family of four with an almost 2 year old and 5 year old, plus our au pair. The set up was great, and Jean had a pack and play and blow up twin mattress for the kids. The house was nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. We liked having the separate living and sleeping quarters so whoever got up early with kids could let everyone else sleep. The pool was also a great size for our kids with a shallower end where the older one could stand. We also loved how close the house is to Maho and the north shore beaches. We would definitely come back! The only downside is that the driveway is not for the faint of heart, but that’s not uncommon for St John. The only downside

Lorna is a “super host”. We had issues with our first rental and stumbled upon hers the night before our arrival. Blessing in disguise. Then we had issues with our flight getting in and Lorna was there to the rescue. She waited patiently for our arrival. Responded to every message. Met us at the airport to say hi and make sure we were ok. Provided us a taxi who helped with transport to dinner, the grocery store, and our place. Lorna continued to communicate with us our entire stay. She stopped by on the place our last day to say hello and meet everyone. Talk about our trip and offer other advice. She was truly an angel!! Highly recommend staying at her listings and this place for sure

Words can’t express the serenity we felt staying in this incredible home! Alan was an INCREDIBLE host and so very responsive. The VIEWS from every window and angle were breathtaking. The house was immaculate. This is a dream come true! Definitely take his advice and rent a jeep, it’s fun to drive around there. We toured local beaches (and St. John a must) by day and relaxed later afternoons and evenings in this beautiful home. Thank you, thank you!!

Hugo's villa is so beautiful and had everything we needed for our dream stay on St. John. It was perfect. He's a wonderful host. We loved being up on the hill with the views and also being close to Coral Bay for dinners. I love when hosts leave the house well stocked and well equipped, which Hugo does. The fresh veggies and fruits from Josephine made the stay over the top! We made lots of great memories sitting outside together, swimming in the pool, and exploring the island. We saw turtles swimming below while we had our breakfast each day, and stargazed every night from the pool deck. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. The house didn’t have hot water and it was fixed immediately when I reached out to the co host. Amazing views and the house was so much better than the pictures! Highly recommend!!!

Villa Hermosa was spectacular as was Alexandra. She reached out to us periodically when we rented, a few times in-between and before our arrival. The Villa is everthing and more than what the descriptions state. Alexandra and her team were "ON-IT"! They are super responsive, helpful and accomodated our need for a pre-arrival grocery delivery. Villa Hermosa has literally EVERYTHING you need for your stay. Super thoughtful on what her gets need while staying in her amazing home. Everything was top notch from the communication, the view, pool, FULLY equipped kitchen, down to the bathroom/grooming neccessities, beach equipment including chairs, toys and sunscreen. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable to a point I needed to ask what brand they were. Thank you Villa Hermos for sharing your beautiful home. You'll be the 1st on my list when we return!

This was the first time we visited STT. My children and grandchildren loved the home and pool. Safety was not a concern as it is in a gated community and the home is so comfortable with absolutely beautiful views. There is an apartment on lower level that was great for my son. There are a few steps to get to the top of main house but there is an elevator lift which we really appreciated. Great way to get baggage and groceries upstairs and used for baggage when checking out. This was a great addition that was well planned out by Cathy. We would definitely go back to this home, and it is just 2 miles from Megans Beach which you can see from the front porch. Exactly as advertised, host was very receptive. One bonus not really mentioned is how close the market is for coffee and anything you’ll need. Kids loved seeing the Iguanas at the tree each morning.

This was a great place to stay, we loved watching the ships come in the harbor and leave at night. Very accessible to Havensight, and really anywhere else on island. We lived on St Thomas for ten years prior and were very very happy with the accommodations and the responsiveness of the hosts.

You cannot go wrong booking on Magen’s Bay! The views are like none other… how often can you wake up in the morning to watching sea turtles, sting rays and iguanas from your balcony? Our family of five stayed in the main house for two nights to conclude our trip to the VIs. Things we loved: provided beach amenities (chairs, floats, coolers, towels…), pool table (we played with our three teenagers every night), huge rooms and bathrooms, big balcony, and most of all- access to the water with use of paddle boards and kayaks. Things that could use a little improvement: updated linens and a cleaner unit upon arrival (rug was visibly dirty, white couch had a seat stain, appliances in kitchen were visibly dirty). Even with these suggested improvements, this beautiful place deserves a 5 star! On top of that, our host was amazing! She communicated very well and was super helpful!! Very grateful that our family of five got to experience a stay on Magen’s Bay at Sailfish!! Thank you, Calisha!!

Great hosts! Very friendly and knowledgeable of the island and everything to do on it. Beautiful villa and view. Provides you with everything you need. Wonderful place to stay and will return again if we come back to the island!

Had a flight get canceled and we were fortunate enough to stumble on this place. Originally booked villa 2. Was contacted by owner and told villa 2 was not available but villa 1 was. Super helpful folks. Beautiful place on the beach. Cute little bar/restaurant on site. Peaceful grounds, beautiful landscaping. Would definitely recommend

Two couples vacationing in paradise! We loved Kim’s home. It’s perfect for two couples to have their own space yet a communal area to enjoy together. The location was perfect for exploring Choral Bay with a quick way to get to some North Shore Beaches. The road/driveway was challenging but after a few trips up and down we mastered the drive and even walked it a few times just for a workout ;) Kim was very helpful and proactive when the power went out and was always available for any questions or help that was needed. I would definitely rent from her again. We loved the home and location!

Amazing views in a very well equipped home! This place has it all - from the comfortable beds to the peaceful outdoor patio - and was exactly as described. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs and especially the snorkeling gear, which we used every day as we explored different beaches across the island. This home is a decent drive up a steep road so renting a jeep is highly recommended. We will definitely return to this home in paradise!

This place is amazing! The view is incredible and very good in space. Was a little hard to get there at first but you get used to. Definitely recommend!

Condo was very nice, well equipped, nice pool with very central location to restaurants and shops. We had 2 minor glitches but both were resolved quickly.

I have to say House Aceso absolutely out weighed all expectations!! It’s even better than the pictures suggest. Kandee has thought of everything as far as amenities (there’s even a crockpot if you do choose). The main is where it’s at, the view, the sound of the wind, and decor is all top notch and just the perfect vacation vibe. The house is super clean and spacious. The bedrooms are exactly what you need. The 2 bathrooms are extremely useful for a larger group. The pool deck is fantastic as well! Book this house and you will not be disappointed!!

We loved our stay here -- the house is comfortable and has such an amazing view, and the cherry on top was of course Rollito! He was such a chill, nice dog that was always there to greet us -- we joked he was the "host" making sure we had everything we needed! It was sad to say goodbye. We enjoyed the pool for cooling off after a day out and about, and loved watching sunsets from the deck in the evenings. The Jeep was a HUGE plus, and definitely necessary for driving up and down the driveway as well as many of the other island roads. Directions and instructions for arrival were clear and helpful. The only downside is that it's not walkable to shops and restaurants of Charlotte Amalie, if that's important to you -- but the trade-off is the view!

Paige’s villa was a beautiful place, the view was the best I’ve ever seen overlooking St.John and surrounding island’s.The villa was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The pool area and beach were clean and beautiful and never felt over crowded as you could always find a nice place to sit and relax and take in the views.I highly recommend Paige’s place , it is paradise!!!

Nora & Bruce were absolutely exceptional host and hostess. Even before we got there she was always so responsive . Bruce checked us in and made us feel right at home from the start. His hospitality went above and beyond any AirBNB I’ve stayed in. He even dropped us off at the beaches while we were there and showed us around the island. Place was very clean, with beautiful views and excellent walkable location to Cruz Bay with all the restaurants, shopping and bars close by. I would recommend this place to anyone staying on the island. You will not be disappointed and truly have a wonderful experience and time!!
