Built in 1929 as the garage for "Lakefalls Lodge, it's been completed renovated into a luxurious, cozy home with modern amenities. Guests rave about "views of the snowy pond while you’re warm inside" from heated floors and a wood burning stove with free firewood. Spikes provided for wonderful winter walks.

The town includes many shops and restaurants, along with Colby Sawyer College and The New London Barn Playhouse. Minutes from Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake, both with beach areas and boating access for summer visitors, and close to Mts Sunapee, Kearsarge and Ragged, for hiking and skiing.

Welcome to our off-the-grid cabin, sleeping 2-4 people with an upstairs loft & downstairs custom Murphy bed. It's equipped with lights, mini-fridge, Bluetooth speakers & an indoor/outdoor bar. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & the outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Three cottages, each with lake view and shared dock, on pristine, quiet Sand Pond are perfect for a family gathering. Three cottages for one rental, offering privacy and indoor and outdoor space for being together. The main cottage sleeps four, has a full kitchen and a screened-in porch; the two studio cottages have kitchenettes and sleep two. It is not ideal for very young children or those who have difficulty walking up and down hill on uneven ground. 8.5% NH Meals & Rental tax applies.

Our cabin is situated in a private, peaceful setting surrounded by trees. Inside you will find a timeless lake house decor and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. A 1/4 mile walk or drive brings you to our private community lake access and boat ramp on beautiful Highland Lake. We offer use of our 3 kayaks (2 single/1 tandem) located next to the boat ramp. Nearby are great hiking trails and quaint villages. This is a wonderful place to unwind and have a truly fun & relaxing vacation!

On top of the trees, overlooking the Sugar River in the quaint town of Newport, NH you will find plenty of year round activities including swimming, floating, fishing on the beautiful, clear Sugar River, right outside the back door. You will find the treehouse sits up in between 2 beautiful northern hemlocks and is fully equipped inside.

Direct Waterfront A-Frame, Close to 3 Ski Areas!

My direct waterfront, year-round A-Frame cabin is 30 min to Mount Sunapee, 20 min to Crotched, and 15 min to Pat's Peak! It’s located on a small 32-acre pond near Franklin Pierce Lake with over 100 feet of waterfront. There is a 6 foot main dock to load kayaks, and a small fishing dock off to the side. The fishing on our pond gets rave reviews! The property sits on 1/3 of an acre, on a sloped hill. It's located between Keene and Concord, and nearby many great hiking and snowmobile trails

Waterfront Cabin on Beautiful Highland Lake!

Quiet lake experience, especially on weekdays, to get away and reset your busy life! This historic renovated "boat house" comes with 2 kayaks for your use. The boathouse is two large rooms. One room has 2 queen and 1 single bed. The kitchen area also has a single bed. There is an outdoor shower and an indoor claw foot bath tub. There is a small private outdoor deck. Lots to do in the surrounding area, but most people don't want to leave this beautiful setting. (Pets are not permitted)

Swiss Chalet Family Retreat!

Welcome to our family's Swiss style chalet! Inspired by trips to Davos, Switzerland, my grandparents built the chalet in the 1950s to be a family playhouse and gathering spot for their 6 children. It's kind of magical. Today, our large extended family still enjoys holiday celebrations here every year. Our kids love exploring the woodland trails and swimming in Center Pond. We hope you love it as much as we do! Note: the building also has two apartments on the first floor.
