Vacation rentals with breakfast in Washington County

Upon arriving we reached out to Kristina, her mail box was full and we could not leave a message. We then texted her to get information about the entry code, no response was ever received. We found Laura and Tim on site, they were fabulous and we got right into our room with Lauras help. I never did get a call or message from Kristina, they said she was in California and I was in Texas. That being said, the place was great!

We had a wonderful weekend at Natalia's house. The house was just big enough for our family of 4 (we traveled with our 4 and 1 year olds). The place was spotless and had everything we needed, but the real star of the show was the beautiful land. Our kids loved the play area, which allowed my husband and I to have a little bit of down time. After the kids went to bed, we watched lightning storms on the back porch and played Scrabble. The perfect reset we needed during this crazy time!

Great stay and time to relax. Beautiful place! I would love to come back!

We had a wonderful time. It was very peaceful and the perfect distance from Round Top, where we were working. My only complaint was that the WiFi wasn’t working, but we were able to go elsewhere when we needed to connect. Would stay there again!

Kristina’s place was extremely peaceful! The horses in the morning were definitely an added bonus. Would definitely recommend it to anyone if you are in the area. Kristina was also super helpful and accommodating and the cost was very reasonable!

We loved our stay! The room was super clean, beds were super comfy, loved the community kitchen and coffee/breakfast snacks in the morning. We came for the fall show in Round Top which was a short drive from here. Wonderful location to be near both Round Top and Brenham. Would definitely be a place to come back to!

Cynthia and her daughter Peggy are great hosts at the Ross-Carrol Bed and Breakfast. The house is full of history and well maintained. Cynthia is a friendly host and excellent cook. We really enjoyed our breakfasts she prepared each day. The rooms were very nice and comfortable beds. The location is walkable to historic downtown Brenham. Lots of local restaurants and museums to visit. Highly recommend Cynthia’s place on your visit to Brenham.

We spent the weekend at this charming bed and breakfast in Brenham and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! This place & the breakfast is an absolute gem. 🏡 From the moment we arrived, Cynthia, the hostess, made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond with her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. Her breakfasts were nothing short of amazing—perfectly cooked and so delicious! 🍳☕ The house itself is full of character, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The cozy ambiance and attention to detail made our stay so relaxing. If you’re planning a visit to Brenham, I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. 😊

Cynthia is a wonderful host! The house is gorgeous and has so many amenities as well as so many original antiques. She made us reservations for dinner at Voltare's Italian restaurant across the street and it was so delicious! The breakfast Cynthia made for us was delicious and she knows so much history about the house and the Brenham area that she shared with us. She even gave me a little homemade gift since my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I can't recommend staying here enough! It is a little slice of heaven and is a must stay.

We rented the whole house for a girls weekend. Communication with Cynthia was very easy. Cynthia gave us ideas of things to do and places to go before we got there which really helped us plan our itinerary. Not easy to deal with a gaggle of eight women in one house. Cynthia did it perfectly! She knew that shopping and sightseeing were our top priorities so she made sure that we could get out of the house quickly in the morning by providing a wonderful breakfast buffet. Happy hour was awesome as well! The food is just incredible and the accommodations top notch. We are making this an annual event. See you next year Cynthia!

My mother and I stayed at the Ross Caroll Bennett House and absolutely loved it! It was such a treat to feel at home in a beautiful Victorian. The Marigold room was perfect for us for space and comfort filled with amazing antiques. This room did include a shared bathroom with a few other rooms, which at times can feel a bit crowded in the mornings but everyone was so nice and respectful that we didn’t mind. Cynthia was an amazing host, very welcoming, friendly and looked after our well being. We loved her stories, knowledge about the house and her tips on local eats.

I had a wonderful stay at this property during the Round Top Antique Festival! The stay was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for enjoying everything the festival has to offer. It was the perfect retreat after long days of exploring. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, making the experience even better. I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
