Great stay . Calm area . Amenities listed facilitated our stay. Very clean. Would stay again. The host Patricia communicated promptly, clearly and was very helpful.

Highly recommended — especially for families with young children! The property has everything you could need, and there’s even a charming farm nearby (just be sure to check their hours in advance). The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was spotless and had such a welcoming, positive energy. With so much land to explore, you truly don’t need to leave the property if you bring your own food and supplies. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again in the future!

Danny and Travis are excellent hosts ! The house is gorgeous and extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils/ pots which is awesome for people who enjoy cooking (like we do). This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it and plan to return.

Perfect, modern yet cozy cabin. The aesthetic was beautiful and was fully stocked with everything you could need. The neighbors are close but we never saw them. Maybe because we came up before the season picks up. We utilized all of Bilen's local recommendations. We loved the Local Table & Tap. Beautiful views. We also took a drive to Upward Brewing which was phenomenal. Keeping this Airbnb in my go-tos. Couldn't be happier :) Perfect for nature lovers.

We had a great time! Everything that was shown in the pictures was accurate. The location from the lake was perfect, everything was a short drive away and the area was really nice!

Bob & Julie's they were excellent hosts! The house and property are beautiful! This place is one we would return to without hesitation. It was very clean and included everything needed in the kitchen at home cooking. Hot tub was awesome with amazing view on the lake. The wood burning fire pit was one of our favorites about the house. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

We always stay at Little Willow when we go skiing at Belle Ayre. I think our three years and running relationship with the house tell you all you need to know about working with the Little and Littler gang and their spot.

Dan was proactively communicative from the moment we booked through the day we checked out. He was very helpful and everything was super clear. The house was exactly what we expected - a lovely little retreat location. We booked for a little girl's weekend and the vibe was exactly what we were looking for. It was convenient to hiking options, a little shopping, and of course the famous Phoenicia Diner. Highly recommend staying here!

This was our 5th visit to the Lava Scool House ARBNB. We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend, and can't wait to return. The place is so comfortable and peaceful. The kitchen is equipped with anything you would need. The bedrooms are spacious, and the livingroom is a nice place to relax. There are two bathrooms, which were beautifully renovated. We highly recommend the ARBNB if you are visiting the area near and aroumd Narrowsburg.

WOW! Could not have been a more perfect stay! The setting was so beautiful, serene and peaceful. We had lot's of activity paddle boarding, kayaking, BBQing! Most of the time we were the only people on the lake. Early June was a perfect time to be there. It was just such a gorgeous and relaxing setting. The house was fabulous for our family reunion and ideal for our adventurous 1 year old. Our host was simply amazing. He had items delivered to our door when we had questions...even sent us a bag of groceries to make Smores on the lake! We hope to make this an annual event! We'll definitely be back.

We were so happy that at the last minute we changed our AirBnB reservation to this one. This place is extremely private, tucked in from the road with no direct view unto any of the neighboring properties. The host's attention to detail makes this an easy stay and a very comfortable experience, it is seldom your AirBnB has everything you're looking for from robes, to extra towels, to a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. There was nothing else we needed. The tub in the sun room out back added a very romantic touch to our stay, so much so that we used it twice! We will surely be coming back when we need a break from the buzz of the city. Thank you Amitai!

What a perfect place to stay and unwind. The views are gorgeous, everything was comfortable and uncluttered and we felt perfectly at home. We actually both worked remotely for a few days, then took the last few for ourselves and everything worked fine (no internet issues being fairly remote). We cooked after shopping at Main Street and Pecks, ordered takeout from the Kaatskeller, and spent too much in the local shops. We love the area and now we have a new favorite location. Thanks for everything!

We had a great stay at Carla's place. Stylish, impeccably clean and a great find. It is obvious that care and thought went into setting up this house. There was a helpful list of restaurants and a nice gas fireplace. Carla was a great host. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay while attending classes at Peters Valley School of Craft.

Clean, spacious, comfortable and in a beautiful area. The weather didn't cooperate so we were only able to enjoy the deck our first night, but we loved it when we did. Plenty of space and a great place to enjoy movies over a rainy weekend.

We had an amazing time at Mark’s cozy cottage. We immediately felt right at home and enjoyed how close to everything it was. We were a short walk from Bread Alone bakery, as well as the Boiceville Inn and only an eight minute drive from Phoenecia Diner. The cottage was equally as comfortable as it was beautifully designed. We were well accommodated, from having full kitchen access to tools for making cocktails. We would definitely visit again!

Nice surroundings, well equipped for a few meals, and comfortable sleeping for our family visiting the area.

I had an amazing stay at Alex's airbnb. The house was very clean, very nice and on a beautiful piece of land. Alex was extremely warm, welcoming and responsive to messages. I would highly recommend his airbnb and would definitely stay again.

Alma and James were wonderful hosts and very helpful. The cottage was such a lovely and cozy place to stay for the weekend & close to so many great hiking trails.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and Tori’s place was a perfect fit for us. We were close to the ball fields and when not playing we enjoyed her adorable cottage on the lake! Great location bc it’s peaceful and quiet but also close to many stores and restaurants. We enjoyed an afternoon having drinks by the water and even ate at the restaurant next door , enjoyed the view of the lake by sitting outside. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend! Tori was super attentive and gave great recommendations.

This cottage was very lovely, cozy, clean, and just a few minutes from the town of Woodstock, but very secluded and peaceful on a beautiful property. The home was exactly as described and had everything you could need for a short stay. I do recommend having 4-wheel drive and a car with good suspension to get up the gravel road leading to the house. Cayenne is a wonderful host - she was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

If you’re reading reviews to determine if you should book this bnb, BOOK IT! The cottage is tucked away in the corner of the property surrounded by lush trees, leaving you with a gorgeous view, but easy to find when walking up. You’re not far from small towns with shops and restaurants, breweries with mountain view’s, and many hiking spots. We are already planning our next trip!

We were expecting a peaceful, rustic, laid-back experience, and that's just what we got...and more. The cottage is situated in a lovely setting surrounded by trees, right at the edge of a picturesque brook. The inside was all we could ask for and more. So inviting and clean. Oozing warmth and charm. Every time we needed something, we could find it already supplied. The hosts clearly have thought of everything. We also loved the surrounding area. We spent lots of time in local eateries, checking out the nearby towns, and visiting the dozens of antique shops nearby. We had a wonderful time.

Phoebe is a very attentive host. She has always responded to my messages promptly. My husband and I have stayed in the cottage a few times and have never had any issues but expect that Phoebe would be of help quite quickly if needed. The cottage is charming and cozy and comfortable. The mattress is very comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen and bathroom are very clean and well equipped. The view out the windows of the woods and creek and ducks is lovely and tranquil. It is a very short drive into the village. This is our favorite place to stay when we visit family in Millbrook.
