Located in a quiet environment at the end of our 800 metres track from the Prince’s highway and a few steps from the water’s edge. Our home has the privilege of private beach access & magnificent ocean views. Two rooms have a rural outlook & located off of our family home courtyard & bedroom 2 has a limited ocean view

Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

In the house you will find access to, skateboards, boogy boards, a table tennis table and bbq. The house has three levels, with a deck on the second floor.
