I absolutely loved this space. Brenda’s home is beautiful, very very clean, and quaint. Loved visiting Newburgh. The town itself is spotless. A beautiful Riverwalk close by. I can’t wait to stay there again. Also, the bed in the master room was so comfortable. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the space.

thank you for hosting your beautiful home to us. everything was very clean, neat and the beds were very comfortable. we left a margarine in the fridge and ice cream bars in the freezer. enjoy. two things that were noticeable--- one of the lights in the bathroom is flickering. the light under the microwave does not work. thank you very much

Kaci and Chuck’s place is exactly what we needed for the week we visited family. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed how peaceful it was. We even brought our chihuahua and she loved it! It felt like a French lakeside cottage, very clean and well stocked for everything we needed. We’ve found a home away from home for when we visit family and will be back!

Jaclyn was amazing. We booked her property very last minute. She was incredibly flexible and responsive. The property is just as described and more with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. This location was great for our small event. Just 6 of us , but could see this being awesome for larger groups too. We did a lot of cooking and kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, plates, utensils, appliances, etc that we needed. Host was super friendly and responsive for the couple of questions that came up. The location right on the trail to the park was great!!

The space was exactly as described. Check in and entry were easy. Nathan communicated well and was helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Overall the place was very comfortable and private and had everything we needed for a five night stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Andrew is a great host! He is attentive and accommodating. The house is nice. It has everything you can think of...comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, a big kitchen, media room and ping pong. Everything was clean and above expectations. There is a lot of room throughout the home-expecially in the master bedroom upstairs. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and close to the river. Great stay! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely little place in Newburgh. Paul was very welcoming and accommodating during my stay. It was exactly as described, a furnished upstairs with a private bathroom and separate bedroom. Everything was clean, neat and modern. As the weather turned to fall I had no issues with it being too hot or cold - the thermostat worked great. The kitchen was spacious and organized. The neighborhood was quiet, everything was quiet. Paul was cool with me working on a night shift schedule and cooking at odd hours. The place is 5-10 minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, and about 15-30 minutes away from the Deaconess hospitals. The greater area is easy to navigate and is more suburban than urban. Never felt unsafe in the area. I would recommend this place.

Kaci was an excellent host and went out of her way to help us get items we needed to celebrate Christmas even though there was a snowstorm. She was also flexible with us as we had to change our check in date at the last minute due to the storm. The house was beautiful and cozy with awesome views out of the many windows in the rear of the house. There was lots of room to host our families Christmas. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a full Christmas meal. We will definitely stay here again. Only next time we are hoping the weather will be better so we can enjoy the awesome deck and outside entertaining area this house offers. Our only complaint would be that the internet was slow, and we wish the couch in the living room was bigger to fit the family better.

This house is adorable!! The beds are incredibly comfortable, the basement living room and kid room was absolutely perfect! We felt very at home. The house is really close to the Ohio river which is beautiful at Sunset. The highlander Greg coffee was amazing! It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. The host Alexis "Lexie" was incredibly kind, quick to respond and helpful.

Daniel was a wonderful host. When I accidently deleted the code to get in the home he was happy to resend it. The home was beautiful and very comfortable and was exactly as described. There was water and snacks provided for us as well as fridge items. We would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone .

Wonderful place and very cozy! It was very clean, well stocked and easily accessible. The scenery around the place and from the back porch and gazebo was beautiful! It’s close enough to town to do anything you want to do from Walmart to restaurants but is also off the beaten path enough to be extremely quiet and pleasant. I definitely recommend staying and would most certainly stay again! Excellent host as well!! She communicates very well and is proactive about her communication and maintenance instead of reactive which is amazing!

Very nice home, we really enjoyed our time there, it was very convenient for our plans. Our only criticism is only one bathroom for three women getting ready for a wedding. That’s probably more about us than the house. But great otherwise.

The view of the river was excellent. There was plenty of street parking close to the house. Would highly reccomend to anyone with a large group.

We had an amazing stay! The studio was fantastic, especially that chair and light, which made it perfect for reading. Kale was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations for places to explore. The convenience of everything was also a huge plus. If the weather hadn’t been so cold this past weekend, we could have easily walked to all the attractions. I’m already planning to return to enjoy the studio and the surrounding area when the weather improves. The rooftop is so charming and cozy. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!

If you are staying on a work trip or just for relaxation, this is the place for you. From the first time you step in you to the last day you feel right at home. I’ve traveled all over the U.S. working and staying in Airbnbs. This place is by far the best because of not only the accommodations but the host. We enjoyed our stay at Dewey's Boutique Apartments. Yvonne was a great host!! Very friendly!! We were the first ones to stay in this particular unit..everything was so fresh and brand new!! There was still a little bit of construction going on in the building but the people doing the work were very polite and respectful. I've worked in construction on and off for 23 years and I have NEVER heard people be so quiet with power tools!! Overall...amazing people!!

Peaceful, comfortable and convenient place to stay. We slept well and had a great stay! I wish we'd had more time here because we didn't get to relax in the lovely garden or explore the art and history museum that was within walking distance. Our host made sure we had anything we needed and checking was smooth. They also suggested where to park due to storms-very considerate hosts! Lots to do within walking distance!

What a beautiful home and wow did we love it! So lovely, creative and clean clean clean! They also did such a beautiful job decorating for the holidays it made us feel so at home. We loved walking to the restaurants and coffee shops. We loved how it was close to everything. The neighbors were so nice as well. Nick and Brett were just the perfect hosts and made our stay worth every penny. We would recommend this beautiful house with the highest thumbs up.
