We have created a private two-story, two bedroom retreat within the main home, separate entrance and amenities included. Take in the beautiful views of 2024's River of the Year & The Allegheny National Forest while enjoying your morning cup of coffee on our private dock. Hop on a bike or take a scenic stroll along the river and finish the evening cozied up by the fire under the night sky.

Located at the end of a quiet lane, with a stunning view of the Allegheny River, our riverfront cabin is the perfect getaway to relax with family and friends. Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!

Kick back and relax in our peaceful, cozy space. We have a wooded area that surrounds the back and side of the house. Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. Comes fully-furnished with 1 queen bed (sleeps 2), 1 pull-out couch (full size - sleeps 2), a den with loungers, TVs, and an outdoor charcoal grill and fire pit. Located minutes from town, 20 minutes from the Kinzua Dam, 40 minutes from Lakewood, NY.

Rustic Run is a perfect cabin getaway for couples, families, and groups of friends searching for a relaxing vacation or ideal lodging close to many outdoor adventures! Open year-round. We welcome well behaved, mature and non-destructive dogs. Two dogs is our limit. There is an extra $50 pet fee per stay.

Welcome to the Downstream Dome! Our newly constructed geodesic dome allows you to wake up to a one of a kind view of the gorgeous Allegheny River, all while feeling nestled in with nature. The Dome includes one Queen bed, one bathroom, dining area, full kitchen, outdoor patio area with a hot tub, grill, and fire pit. For the health and safety of everyone we do have a very strict no animals policy. Thank you.
