The vacation home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the ice house of the manor. It was completely renovated in 2017. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

There are 5 stylishly furnished bungalows for 3 to 6 people each. The bright approx. 24 m² bungalow has a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed (width 133 cm), private terrace, separate bedroom and modern daylight bathroom with spacious shower.

The 72m² apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the 2nd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200m from the beach.
