Beautiful view of the vineyard and ocean beyond! Comfortable spot to wind down after a long trip- we especially appreciated the hot tub!

Beatiful location overlooking Auckland. Very secluded feeling. A morning coffee in the hot tub was an excellent way to start the day. Comfortable house. Amazing location.

This place was amazing from the time I arrived to the time that I left I couldn’t recommend this place more particularly for couples To the outdoor bath that retained heat for hours to the outdoor fireplace place and picking out all of the satellites flying through the sky

What an exquisite and inspiring view of Bethells Beach! The view from the deck was amazing. The cottage was very quiet and peaceful. John was an excellent host. We enjoyed walking the beach and hiking to Lake Waimanu past the huge dunes.

We stay almost one week. Nothing to say except an amazing place very cozy. I love it

The house was absolutely spotless on arrival and we were early - can’t put into words how peaceful it was to sit on verandah listening to the birds and surrounded by lush tree canopies. Everything we could need was in the kitchen and we catered for 4 adults using gas BBQ for steaks from local shops. The hill is steep but usual for NZ and easily walked (slowly) we are 61 and 64. Thank you Barbara for the lovely welcoming treats including towels for the dog 🐕 and the home grown bananas! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to return 💛

House is set amongst pohutukawa trees near the water, very pretty. Amenities were great for our group who were self catering. Lots of room for our group & the heaters keep the house cosy during the cooler evenings.

Fantastic views and space for the price! This is perfect for all types of occasions with a group of family or friends. The host was responsive and we were given clear instructions on everything regarding to the house, check in, directions, recycling, etc! Highly recommended!

Loved our stay at the cottage Jasmijn and Matt were great hosts , they had great communication and we loved the peaceful space. Close to Matakana Village and the beaches .

We stayed for 3 nights and it was so sad to leave! The cottage is so idyllic and was well beyond our expectations (which were already high). We arrived at night so were welcomed with the stunning outdoor lights really highlighting the place and were in complete awe! We completely fell in love with the place. It feels incredibly private and peaceful there. There is a full kitchen and coffee and tea to enjoy while you hear all the different birds chirping away. The outdoor bath and shower was so great even in the middle of winter. To star gaze. The swings were adorable and suited the landscape so well. Dean has really thought of everything with this place and it was a wonderful experience. It felt so much more than an airbnb. His communication was great and friendly. We definitely hope to come here again.

We loved our stay!! Chris is very friendly. She allowed us to feed her animals. My 4 year old enjoyed a lot at her farm. It is so close to Waipu Cove and Langs beach. Me and my 4 year old walk to Waipu cove and we enjoyed our little walk. Great Location!! Highly recommended!!

Lovely typical Waiheke house with character. We enjoyed the terrace and garden with native birds wandering though. Extremely peaceful surrounds. 10/15 minute walk to Onetangi beach cutting through a reserve and going down some stairs. Highly recommend the 372 restaurant, great food and wine.
