Eine offene Küche, der gemütliche Wohnbereich, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder (eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne) und die herrliche Spiel- und Schlafgalerie verteilen sich auf die offen und warm gestalteten zwei Geschosse. Umspannt wird das Ganze von einer großzügigen Terrasse für Sommertage im Liegestuhl und gesellige Abende an Grill oder Lagerfeuer.

Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in 2 Min mit dem Auto erreichbar (Lidl). Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto 20 Min. (A20 und A19 sind direkt angebunden). Kessin liegt direkt an der Warnow. Ein Boots- und Kanuverleih ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
