A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

Check in / out was easy and Mayumi was easy to contact and made sure my stay was great. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s a great home. We felt welcome and home straight away! Great kitchen with all you need for a cooking at home. Very clean and tide. Comfy beds and spaces dinner area. We will be back!

This small and cosy studio was our beautiful oasis for 3 nights. I absolutely enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the neighbourhood. I am grateful for Pia and Paul’s hospitality, ensuring we were given privacy during our stay. Communication was great and open. We received clear instructions supplied by a helpful booklet touching base on everything we needed to know about the studio and even close by restaurants. We also enjoyed the complementary chocolates left for us. We highly recommend this studio and would love to stay again. Thank you Pia and Paul!

I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! It was incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made it so easy to relax. The space felt so homely and welcoming, you can really tell that care has gone into every detail. The location is fantastic too, close to everything but tucked away just enough to feel like a little retreat. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I love staying here - a fantastic location, very comfortable and clean studio equipped with everything you could possibly need, a delightful courtyard garden and Steve and Debbie are friendly and helpful, while also respecting privacy. Gold stars from me!

Handy to downtown, supermarket a short distance away. We'll equipped, comfortable beds, modern unit. Check in was easy with lovely treats on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

House was perfect for our large group of singles. Lots of bedding and great communal areas. Outdoor area and pool were a standout and if we had been there in warmer months would have been used more. Check-in instructions were clear and lots of sensor lights so we could find our way. All of our group commented on how much they loved the house

I had a great holiday stay with my little family. I brought along my two kids (6 and 5 years old), and the house was very kid-friendly and safe, with minimal hazards. It was spacious enough for the four of us and located in a peaceful, quiet area. There were plenty of nearby parks with playgrounds for the kids to enjoy. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and cooking tools, which made meal prep easy. The environment was clean, and the TV offered a wide selection of shows, the host even let us use their account to access great movies. The fridge was stocked with cold water and ice cubes, which was really convenient. The hosts were caring and checked in to make sure everything was going well during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to parents traveling with young children

Beautiful home away from home. felt right at home instantly! Cosy yet spacious back yard and lovely surroundings for you to take your fur baby to! brang our dogs along for the stay and they loved every moment with us! so we are grateful for Dardi and Brett allowing us to bring the whole family :) thankyou both again!

We (a family of 4) had a lovely stay at Coby’s beautiful house. Everything was like mentioned and in the pictures and even better! Lovely pool for the kids and Coby even left kids toys for our little son to play with. Coby was extremely helpful with EVERYTHING ! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you again! Location was really good too - some beautiful beaches around and Hillary’s just around the corner. Shopping facilities not far either. It was the perfect home for our family!

Jayne is an exceptionally helpful host, readily contactable and happy to assist with questions/requests. The apartment itself is a very unusual conversion unit with huge living space and uniquely interesting features. We especially appreciated the goodies left - chocs and cheese - thanks! Perfectly sited to walk to all kinds of attractions - the shipwreck and maritime museums, Rottnest ferries, cafes and restaurants and the market. Would love to stay here again.

It is a lovely place, spacious and cozy and definitely is one of the biggest homestay that we have ever had from all our travels around the world. They have a TV with all the channels, sufficient kitchen amenities (cups and plates and cookware), sufficient heaters (for winter use), enough home amenities (especially toilet rolls!), complimentary coffee capsules and tea bags and not to forget, efficient washing machine and dryer. The house situate in a very peaceful surroundings, with the access to nearby beaches, shopping marts and restaurants. We love the place although it is slightly far from the CBD but everything is accessible and fast through high/freeways. One slight improvement for consideration is to have more floor mats. Other than that, we are very satisfied with the stay and overall Perth! Will be back!

Accommodation suited the requirements of what we were after, would recommend to others.

We stayed here in Autumn and found it was easy to access mullaloo beach, cafes and a local shop just around the corner. It was easy to access places and the freeway. The accommodation matched the description and all towels and linen were provided even beach towels! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to book with a few guests. Plenty of space and although we didn’t use the pool we did use the outside area which was great!

Place was well kept, great location and had all the required necessities. Felt like home. Highly recommended!

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Shey was proactive in giving us check in instructions and reminders were also sent the day before we checked out. Appreciate the clear instructions. Lovely sunset view greeted us when we checked in. We love her cosy apartment which was perfect for a small family. It is just a short drive away from the heart of Fremantle and also near the ferry terminals for those looking to travel to Rottnest Island. We appreciate the breakfast items provided too. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us. Thanks Shey! :)

A well located and cosy place to stay. Brian and Duern are helpful and friendly hosts who left lots of thoughtful touches in the property to make our stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Fremantle.
