I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive—when I had an issue with the shower head tube, he quickly bought a new one, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The location is also a big plus, just a short walk to Ximending MRT, making it super convenient to get around. While the building itself is older, the moment I stepped inside, it had a cozy, home-like feel. Overall, a great stay, and I’d definitely come back!

Very responsive host and had provided all of the things we requested. Nice spot because it is near the metro, souvenir shops and restaurants. Cool smart door. The studio is just enough for 2-3 people to stay in but it wont give you much space to move into if the sofabed is being used. Though, Teddy had informed us about this before booking. It was fine for us since we spent the whole day outside so we didn't feel the need for a big place. I definitely recommend Teddy's home!!! Thank you Teddy for being a great host!

Shan's place was a great place to stay at during my time in Taipei. She was responsive and was always ready to help with any queries that i had. When the toilet wasn't working, she responded quickly and even showed the solution so that i did not need to keep calling for help. As my check out was outside the usual timings, she was accommodative and allowed the ease of checkout without the need for her to come down. Overall a great stay and highly recommended! Looking forward to the place should i ever come back with friends! Thank you Shan!

It was a good experience.. I like the room very well proportioned, there is space for cooking, washing machine and clothes dryer is comfortable, there is an overall outside balcony, inside the room is clean, fully equipped. The access to the room requires a key card. Overall, I felt safe about the place. At night, it was quiet, no noise from the environment outside. The location is very good. You can conveniently connect to travel by bus, taxi or MRT. It is easily accessible to many places on foot, various restaurants as well as shopping, everything is convenient and complete. The only bad experience we had on the day we went to check in was the security guard below the 1st floor. When going to check in, we had to meet with them, but there will be several security guards who shuffle their shifts each day, not the same person. But on the day I went to check in, he was a fat uncle. I felt like he was not friendly at all, with a frowning expression and a bit temperamental. He threw us a form paper and we had to fill out a lot of information on that form, which in some parts we didn't understand which way to write, and we asked for the help of that fat uncle. He was quite pungent.

We had a great stay at this unit. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Oscar and James are both responsive in our queries and even offered for a shuttle service back and forth. The room is spacious and it was very clean, love the color scheme btw. The place is very convenient and accessible to different convenient stores, attractions (ximending, the red house), restaurants (there's a restaurant for breakfast that is our go to), we had a good time exploring the city. Highly recommended to book your stay here!

James is very friendly and responsive whenever there’s any questions or recommendations about the places, the rooms are clean and comfortable, also very close to Ximending Walking District, 2 minutes walk, we had a great stay and will consider to stay here again!

This is a great place to stay! The place is located inside Ximending area, short walk to Ximen Station (MRT), have some of the trending foods and shop all the way! We have an upgraded room which is spacious for us four, clean and has some appliances. Our contact Rexter is also very accommodating and responsive in all my inquiries and made our checked in and out easy.

The hosts were always supportive and we had a great time at their apartment. The location is great so it was easy to go around the Taipei city!

Highly recommended place. Jackson is an amazing host, super responsive, punctual, and even picked us up from the station, eventhough his place is only 3 mins away from Ximen St. The house is clean, spacious, and exactly as described. it also close to lots of food stalls. book fast!

P&P are great hosts. Very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier. The house is cozy, clean and well decorated and comes with a washing machine/dryer. It’s located strategically in Ximending close to shops, restaurants, night market and public transport. Would highly recommend this house which makes one feel like home away from home. Great and convenient place to stay in Taipei as it is walkable distance to metro station and the Xi-Men area. Besides, there is a supermarket nearby which opens 24 hours. The place is clean and spacious for four people. Angel is responsive and gave us clear instructions. Would definitely visit this place again when i go to Taipei next time!

What we liked: 1) Location: less than 5 mins walk to metro, bus station, and ximending walking district. Lots of good restaurants and 711 / Carrefour nearby. 2) Good value for money room: with cabinets to organize all your stuff and lots of clothes hanger. Big beds comfortable for 4 people. Efficient lay-out and enough electric sockets for the family's use in charging our phones. Full toiletries and even room slippers provided ~ liked small touches such as the different colored cups for toothbrush. 3) Host provided detailed and clear instructions to get to the place and house rules. What might be challenging: initial view of alley and 4f corridor can be intimidating...but once we got used to it, the place is actually very safe and quiet inspite being in the middle of Ximending.

Great place for our little family!

We had a great 5 night stay at Andrew's apartment. The apartment itself is very stylish and nicely renovated. It is very large in size and we really enjoyed having so much natural light from the big open windows. The jacuzzi tub was also a highlight. If you're coming to Taipei for the first time, this neighborhood isn't very convenient though. There are no metro stops anywhere near the apartment and most of the major places to visit in Taipei are far away. Obviously this is not at any fault to Andrew. Also, compared to other Airbnb's we've stayed in that feel more like an apartment rental, this one is more like renting a few nights in a friends place where their stuff is everywhere and it isn't as setup for guests comfort in the way other Airbnbs are. But we really loved our time here and still highly recommend a stay if you have the chance.

Our priority for our short stay in (very loud) Taipei was to find a place where we would be able to recharge after a day of sightseeing, get away from the noise, and sleep well at night. Zev's apartment was a great fit for us. It's located in a side street with less traffic. The apartment has great noise-proof windows. It also has blackout curtains that make it pitch black at night. We didn't hear any neighbors apart from people walking down the hallway on the same floor. The apartment is very tiny - tinier that we expected but for a short 3-day stay it was fine. The bathroom is also small but with sufficient space to lay out all your stuff by the sink as well as take a comfortable shower in the cabin. The entire building is new. So new in fact that it wasn't fully finished inside. But we didn't hear any construction noise. It was nice to stay in a modern building in a modern apartment. Apart from not getting the Wi-Fi password the first day, communication with the host was fine.

I stayed here for 5 days with my two elderly parents, and we had a great experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing, with two bedrooms, a living room, a balcony, and a washing machine. It’s located right above a mall and very close to Taipei Main Station, which made it super convenient to get around, including easy access from the airport and to the MRT. There are tons of food options nearby, which was a big plus. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and hot water was always available. Despite traveling with elderly parents, we didn’t face any issues, everything was smooth and accessible. The host was fantastic, very communicative, responsive, and flexible, always ready with helpful suggestions and clear instructions. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was beyond our expectations! It was located by Yongkang Market, near the Dongmen MRT. So many great shopping and food options surrounding it. The property itself was comfortable and cozy. I absolutely adore how family-oriented it was; they had provided all baby and toddler equipment. My daughter especially loved the slide and toys made available. We are so grateful for the responsiveness and friendliness of the host!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent—close to everything we needed, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, well-maintained, and very quiet, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The only small downside is that there’s no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage up five floors. However, once inside, the space is cozy and welcoming, making it well worth the climb. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic views, large spaces, luxurious furnishings, ideal for families to settle in and explore the area. Walkable to many day/night markets, easy to find food. Host greeted us at the door and went though all the features of the property. Location also near mass transit and cabs easy to find. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!
