[House Renewal] We've renewed it as an accommodation where you want to stay more by adding amenities. I was a Superhost with high ratings and many reviews, but they all disappeared during the renewal process. If you are a guest who is worried because there are no reviews, you will not regret it even if you choose it. ^^ [Accommodation description] This is a spacious home located downtown. There are two double beds, and the rest of the space is also spacious, so up to 2 more people can stay. (6 people in total) We will prepare mats and bedding according to the number of people, It is a newly built building, so it is a well-heated and clean accommodation. It is 8 minutes by car from Peace Square, 5 minutes by car from the bus terminal, 2 minutes by car from Rose Street, and within 10 minutes on foot, so it is convenient for those who come without a car. Internet Wi-Fi is installed in the room, and air purifier and water purifier are prepared. It is used as a private house, and each floor has a CCTV installed, and you can safely enjoy your trip by entering the room password, entering the front door password, and double locking. It is the second floor of a modern single-family house with a garden, lots of amenities and food in front of Suncheong University.

Our house was renovated over 20 years ago. My mother and I live on the first floor. It is located at the main gate of Suncheon University, so transportation is convenient, and there are many convenience facilities such as restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. Suncheon Bay Gardens is a 15-minute drive away and you can get anywhere in Suncheon city within a 30-minute drive. There is no inconvenience as we do not share the entrance with the first floor and use the private entrance. Due to the coronavirus, we do self check-in as a rule, and you can check in late at any time. Parking is available anywhere in front of the house on the first floor. I've also used Air BnB to stay in a number of places, and I try to be as considerate as possible to my guests by recalling those times.
