Family-friendly vacation rentals in Wanchaq

Tricia and her sister were fantastic hosts. They are two of the nicest people we have met on our travels! The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood about 10 minute drive (45 - 50 minute walk) from the downtown main Plaza. We loved the area. Lots of outdoor soccer fields and kids/families playing everywhere! The airport and bus terminal are very close within walking distance and it was really nice (and not loud) to watch the planes take off all day! The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has everything we needed and more. The space is bigger than it looks! Great place to stay overall - I would highly recommend to anyone travelling through Cusco.

We were 3 people and the apartment was perfect for all of us. The location is great, the apartment big, clean and exactly the same as the photos. The communication was excellent. We had a refus cold in the apartment, however we were immediately brought to us a heater which warmed very well. If we counted something, we were able to share it and it was brought to us right away. We can 100% recommend this apartment!

The apartment was absolutely stunning clean and overall a great place to stay. Spacious also. Would recommend this place.

Spent three lovely days here, Jose Ruben was always responsive to our questions, the location was absolutely perfect, just a couple of blocks from San Pedro Market, yet it the appartment was slightly away from the street so it was very quiet. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in Cusco

Paula, I always feel home when I stay at your house every time we come to the Valley. It feels very cozy and peaceful. Love that you have yoga mats and a guitar. Great add all the kitchen utensils and pots.

Lovely home in the sacred valley. The housekeeper was wonderful and even prepared dinner for us (for a reasonable extra charge.) You can also walk to a nearby hotel for a spa day or for a nice meal. Overall it was a lovely relaxing stay.

Amazing views, great hosts that made us breakfast every morning and were so responsive. Easy walk to town. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This place is much more beautiful then it shows in the photos. We had a really magical one week stay here with friends and family and really enjoyed the views, privacy and nature aspect of this property. My only suggestion is that if you want to use the hot tub - tell them before you arrive as it takes 24 hours to warm up and is setup by request only. We will definitely be renting this spot again! Absolutely loved it.

Angela‘s place was spectacular. Located in the perfect location near the plaza Square. The bedroom was huge and I had a kitchen and a nice bathroom. There was a nice view of lotta houses in Cusco and Angela‘s father. Jorge was super helpful, friendly, and very informative. I highly recommend their place for any guest coming to Cusco

Gorki is a very attentive host and helped us a lot. We left something there and he took the time to send it to us by parcel service. Highly recommended.

The stay with Margot was excellent👍🏻. Check-in was flexible, the photos describe the place very well, which was cozy, quiet and clean; in addition to being close to central places in Cusco. I thank Margot for how detailed she was in explaining everything about the place. If we return, we would choose the same place again. 👍🏻

The house was exactly as described in the photos: clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to all the places I wanted to visit and with easy access to public transportation. Mrs. Kelly was very kind and gave me a warm welcome.

The hosts are very friendly and helped us a lot with the check-in and out at different times due to changes in flight schedules. To get to the main square is relatively close. The only thing we didn't like is that there was a particular smell, which could be due to the area where the place is located

Modern place, it is spacious and well furnished. feels very secure. recommend it for a stay in Cuzco.

Ricardo and his wife are the best AirBnB hosts I have ever encountered. They were extremely kind, receptive and dedicated to my satisfaction and me having a good experience. They accommodate my cat and my kitty without a problem. They sre also animal lovers which shows true character. The apartment is perfect, it has all you need, its clean and quiet! Coming from a month living in the jungle the place was just what I needed to rest. I strongly recommend Ricardo and I am definitely coming back anytime I need a place to stay in Cusco!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Carolina’s place. The airbnb is surrounded by beautiful mountains. We got a whole backyard for us and the views were out of this world. It’s very secluded and peaceful. The home was equipped with everything you can think of. We took service offered by Marleny (Great Cook and Care Taker) for additional price which was well worth it. Our entire group enjoyed the stay and everyone ran out of superlatives to describe the place. We also hired Ferrinand for transportation services ( Cusco, Ollantayatambo, Rainbow Mountain etc) that was recommended by Carolina. We had hot water issues during our stay and kudos to the care takers and Carolina who very prompt and took necessary action to fix it. Definitely recommend to anybody who wants to spend time in Sacred Valley and do day trips to Cusco , Ollantaytambo , Rainbow Mountains etc..

We loved our stay in the Sacred Valley at Miriam's. The place is exactly as described and true to the photos, with plenty of room for our group of 8 - but the setting even more marvelous than photos can convey. It was perfectly lovely to return to this peaceful, comfortable home after our long days of exploring and hiking. We really enjoyed adding the cooking services of Victoria (who is perfectly lovely, and a great cook). The house is walking distance to a little town square, but we didn't see too many restaurants nearby so we were very glad we added this meal option. Fantastic stay, we would rate it 6 stars if it were possible.

The place is really big and beautiful. Mr Gustavo was always there to help and its a really interesting person because he has lots of anecdotes to share. The house looks way better in person, every room has a insane bathroom and the shower is really beautiful resembling the wild. The decoration is insane, it look very cosy and traditional but still keeps that air of being at home. The fire place is a really nice spot to hangout and the kitchen is very complete. Never been in a better AirBnb before and I totally assure you that its worth every penny.

Returned after two years and place continue to be a beautiful place in a beautiful city with lovely people. Will return again if possible.

Dee's and Efrain's place its beautiful the gardens are perfect for the kids to play in nature and my girls loved the swimming pool and their dog 🐕 Bagel. The location is great because you can walk to a good mini market call Abby 2 to get supplies and there are also 2 little shops run by locals just a couple of meters away.. You can catch a mototaxi pretty easily from the accomodation, we had no dramas going to urubamba. The kitchen is fully equipped and it's perfect for families of 4. I can recomend their lovely home, thank you Dee, you are a lovely host. We can't wait to come again in the future.

Very nice place with lots of amenities, ideal to relax and spend some time close to the nature and away from the city.

This is a great spot tucked away in the backside of Urubamba. The house is large, and the views of the mountains are fantastic. You can walk to anywhere you need to in the main area of Urubamba without issue. The property is also gated, so there is a good sense of security. Pierina was our point of contact, and she was responsive with everything that we needed, even in the evenings. She also was quick to set up transportation for our group to wherever we needed to go, and the prices were on par with what you would pay unless using the collective transports. There was an issue with the water heater that was beyond their control, but Pierina and her partner were quick to help address the issue, even coming to physically try and fix it late into the evening. That was above and beyond, and we really appreciated the effort. The only caveat that they should mention is that the property comes with three dogs. They are all sweet, and we love dogs, but that needs to be clear.
