I booked Deans place for my staff who had a last minute project visit in the nearby area. They said their stay was comfortable, with a great location and easy check-in.

Traveller's Rest

JanayaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
This was booked for 2 nights as a place of rest after a big adventure out West before we made our way back home. It was a very comfortable & liveable space. Spacious, nice linen & the main bed was big & comfy. Wi-Fi worked well, kids very happy in comfy lounge room with recliners. Block out curtains if you’re not early risers. A/C everywhere, good pressure shower & my little girl happy to finally have a bath again. Big kitchen & plenty of storage throughout. Washing line in full sun for fast drying, and access to brooms & vacuum which is an odd thing we find can be missing at some Air BnB’s, & we like to clean up before we go, (you can tell I’m fun at parties). There was an unexpected power outage the 2nd day & Natalie organised a partial refund although no fault of her own.

PET friendly, sleeps 9, spacious, private, Wi-Fi.

We honestly can't thank Julie enough. We had an unplanned visit due to being recommended to evacuate our home on the coast due to cyclone Alfred. I was so lucky to find Julie's Airbnb and being pet friendly we could bring our pets with us. It's a fantastic home away from home. Heaps of space, air-conditioned and clean. Great sized kitchen with a big fridge and dishwasher. Everything you could want or need. The pub is about 2 mins walk away and the food was phenomenal! so that's a bonus. We will be back for sure.

Settler's Cottage Self Contained Farmstay Drillham

ChantelleRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This was our last stop for our honeymoon and it was amazing! So quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is amazing and so cosy. It makes you want to cook delicious meals. It was in the low 30s when we stayed and no aircon was needed. We opened the windows and doors and the breeze went through the cottage. The cottage has such rich history, Helen and David put a lot of effort into restoring it. It has such a beautiful rustic charm. There was a lovely family of magpies we watched during the day. We saw some Kangaroos. We elected to do the farm tour with Helen and David and they made us feel so welcome. The farm is amazing and beautiful! The whole family is lovely! The family has been on the farm for 120 years and there is so much history. It is very special staying on a farm with the history it has. Thank you so much Helen and David! We will definitely be back. 😁
