Bus lines are one minute away. The highways Lille, Valenciennes, Paris, Brussels,Saint-Amand,Douai, Maubeuge a minute away. The studio is on the ground floor on the courtyard side. Ideal for 1-2 people on a short or long stay, tourist, family or professional .

Huburt was really nice and always responded quickly, the place looked really nice and was easy to find with parking outside, the stairs are a little tight so suitcases may be a little difficult

Very well designed and fully equipped cottage. The small garden is well thought out and pleasant, terrace, armchair... the bedding is excellent. Beautiful and very large bathroom, nothing missing, everything is done and arranged in a practical and accessible way. Supermarket a stone's throw away, small caterer (excellent) tea room where you can find clothes, jewelry, leather etc. Feel free to visit local producers (fruits and vegetables and meat). What can I say... go there, you won't be disappointed. not to mention the extreme kindness of the owners.

I had a great time and the accommodation is as described, well arranged and located, close to downtown Valenciennes. Thanks to Fatima for hosting us and for her responsiveness.

Our stay went very well. Florine is very friendly and accommodating. The house is perfect, very cute, clean, comfortable and pleasant. It has everything you need. The outside is a plus and the TV in the bedroom is great. Parking in the enclosed courtyard is a guarantee of security. We'll be happy to go back!
