Fernwood Forest

This is a true log cabin in the woods adjoining 9,000 acres of Chattahoochee National Forest. The home is on a small creek in a valley by Taylor's Ridge with private trails to the top of the mountain. There is a large stone fireplace in the den. Though it is a rustic setting we have great WIFI and streaming 4K HDR TV. We have space and facilities for dog and horse owners. Cloudland Canyon, Jarrod's Place Bike Park, Dalton, GA, and Chattanooga, TN are nearby and great day time destinations.

Cozy Cottage in the Cove

Quiet country get away in beautiful McLemore Cove Historic District. Country roads leads you to this comfortable one bedroom that sleeps four. Relax 20 minutes from town in any direction. Located between Pigeon Mountain and Lookout Mountain in north Georgia. The cottage offers full amenities and full kitchen. NO PETS PLEASE! I have a dog that shares the yards. This cottage is in the country! 2 lane curvy hilly roads. Mountain roads nearby. I can't do anything about the roads out here.

Gaze at the horses, chant with the cows, let the frogs sing you to sleep. Walk our trails, relax by the pond. Unforgettable.

Fannie's Place

This tiny home is on the historic home site of Fannie Mennen and the Plum Nelly Clothesline Art Show. She even named the road. The home is brand new, artfully decorated and has 1 double bed, 1 bath, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The view is from 2000 ft elevation and looks into the valley and across to the mountain again. There is civil war history on the property. There is a 100 ft drop so guests are asked to not stay here with young children.

Beautiful and original home built in 1929. Located on historic Main Street. Fully outfitted kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. Fast internet and big screen TV w/soundbar, mean no sacrifices. Every bedroom has a smart tv. Huge outdoor covered patio (w/tv) with multi colored lights multiple seating areas. Big rooms, high ceilings, and cozy furnishings create a ‘Hallmark Channel’ vibe. Near Cloudland Canyon State Park (1.5m), Hanggliding (8m), Chattanooga (28m), Canyon Grill restaurant (.6m), and many wedding venues. Queen bed in main level bedroom, full bed in open loft and twin pull-out in the living room. Private screened back porch, slackline, WiFi, TV, Gas grill, carport. Max 2 dogs are ok. No dishwasher, ice-maker or fire pit. NO SMOKING or tow-behinds.
