In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The interior is a mix of scandi and vintage elements in a modern black and white ambience. The floor-to-ceiling window literally brings nature in. The high ceiling creates a generous sense of space.

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with rooftop views. Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

It feels like you are at the edge of the world here, a garden full of trees with a view of the Mecklenburg prairie. The apartment has its own entrance and garden area. 4 sheep and 5 cats inhabit the large garden. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Wood-burning stove sauna & hot pot are available for a fee. The village of Barlin is a very nice place to vacation with horses and a playground. Forest and lakes are close. We former Berliners live next door as a family.
