We had a great stop over in York. Ben’s place is super close to everything and an easy walk into the city centre. The flat was spacious and very clean. It was such a bonus having a free parking spot. Highly recommend, we would stay again.

The basement apartment was as described - spacious, clean and well equipped, in a peaceful suburban location. It was good to have space on the drive to park the car; checking in was straightforward. We appreciated the comfortable beds after exploring the local area during the day. And there's a fine selection of restaurants. Tom was quick to respond. A great place to stay!

Had an amazing time at Holmdene in the Peak District. was perfectly located for all the walking and trips/tours we wanted to do in Castleton. Charlotte & Stuart were wonderful hosts who greeted us warmly on arrival and Charlotte gave us a detailed chat on all the walks we could do tho we didn't get to experience all of them in our short stay due to weather. We had a lovely evening in the pod with friends and we felt very at home in the apartment which was spotless and well equipped for all our needs and we would highly recommend Holmdene to anyone looking to stay in Castleton. we will definitely be back for more visits. Me and my friends stayed here for one night, it was lovely, a quiet neighbourhood and a beautiful view, Karen herself was very responsive and was always available to give me information when needed, the kitchen was lovely and clean,.The description to this room was as matched, it felt at home and safe. This place was ideal for my two night stay in Harehills. Convenient for Leeds cèntre, with excellent public transport links. The flat was clean, tidy and the refreshments were welcomed after a long drive up. Thank you. All communications with Adil were courteous and professional, which was a credit to him. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Such a beautiful part of the country. Perfect base for exploring on foot… with some great pubs within walking distance. We visited the Alma Inn - great food, beers and views. We also took the time to explore Mill Bank - there are many info boards as you walk around the village to help you learn of its history - past and more recent. Who would have known Big Daddy was brought up here. The property itself is compact, but has everything you need for a short break. Generally extremely quiet.

Perfect little studio apartment for basing ourselves in Leeds (Burley) for a couple of nights. Host was responsive to our communications and provided basic provisions such as tea, coffee pods, milk and water bottles (plus shower gel) which was appreciated. It was easy to find (above an Indian cafe/grocery but once you’re in the apartment you cannot see or hear them at all), and access was easy.

Perfect little flat; lovely, clean, well presented, had everything you need and was so peaceful. An easy walk from the middle of the city and so an easy walk to plenty of restaurants. The car parking is a little tight for a large car but that really can't be helped and definitely wouldn't put me off coming back... which we absolutely will look at doing next time we visit York!

Comfortable, spacious maisonette with small car parking space. Perfect for 2 people, with local amenities, restaurants and mainline station 5 minutes walk. (Handy for catching the train to Headingley cricket ground!) Wendy met us upon arrival, welcoming us in, even though we'd arrived much sooner than anticipated. Lovely host, ensuring that we had all we needed before leaving us to settle in. Thank you for a lovely stay, Wendy!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean with a lovely view from the window and a beautiful, peaceful garden. Lisa was super friendly and responsive, and her local recommendations were great. We especially enjoyed visiting Skipton and walking along the canal. The restaurants she suggested were also fantastic. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Dave was extremely helpful and the flat was lovely. Internet could have been better but it was adequate.

Stayed here for a music gig and the hosts Robert and Nicola werw very friendly. The building looks brand new and the interior was spotless. Great little touches with tea, coffee, milk, bottled water, biscuits and even bamboo toothbrushes. Many sky lights to let the breeze and fresh air in. Would definitely recommend

Our stay was brilliant for a weekend getaway to Manchester. Beautiful and relaxing surroundings out of the city, but close enough to city to keep you preoccupied. The log cabin is completely private, but facilitated with everything you need. Chris was a brilliant host, very informative of local businesses, we even had a lovely breakfast at local recommendation of a farm shop/cafe. Will be recommending to friends.

Beautiful cozy farmhouse in a lovely town near Leeds. The place was absolutely gorgeous - warm, inviting, and full of charm. The hot tub was amazing, and there were plenty of games to enjoy. The host was super helpful and thoughtful with great local recommendations as well as leaving crumpets, fresh milk and butter and a selection of cereals and snacks for us to enjoy. No negatives, highly recommend!

Clean easy stress free check in, would recommend!

As a solo traveller looking for some peace and quiet, it was absolutely ideal. The village itself is beautiful but also very, very quiet - no shops, restaurants or pubs so do be mindful if you're wanting somewhere that has these to offer. The only downfall I would say was that the hot tub was available (you need to book a slot) at an extra fee (£10 for myself for a 2hr session) which doesn't seem much, but given the total cost of the stay, I did expect it to be included - however it was still a lovely experience and the shared garden is lovely if you're just wanting to unwind outdoors.

Had a brilliant stay, was met by Kevin to check in, he was very informative and couldn’t offer enough advice/guidance. Vikki was very responsive during communications and always very respectful and clear. The place itself is amazing, very spacious, clean and you get plenty of towels, cutlery etc. The hot tub is very well kept and smart. The hosts are there if you need anything but leave you to total privacy. The view from the back is outstanding and we had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
