It is a 5 min drive to the Kuripuni shopping complex with many restaurants, a movie theatre and a supermarket on hand . The gardens are open to our guests where you will enjoy seeing the mute swans and other birds including a pet peacock. This cottage is not suitable for young children we have farm machinery and large open water spaces on the property.

There are some small walking tracks to take you around the QE ll Trust wetland and ponds, and for those that are a little more energetic a walk to the top of the hill can provide you with stunning views. Perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy an outdoor wood fire bath over looking the pond! Unfortunately cell ph reception can be patchy at the Tiny house.

We had a last minute need to find some local accomodation for the evening. We found Frances’s place and it was an absolute gem. The rural feel but close enough to town, the unit is spacious and has everything you could need. Water pressure and temp was great too. I would recommend to anyone and will be back next time I need some accomodation locally, also the added bonus of the host being pleasurable to deal with. Thanks

George’s place is stunning – peaceful, private, and beautifully set up with everything you could possibly need. The garden is huge, and the remote location makes it the perfect spot to switch off and unwind. George’s hospitality was top-notch. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
