We had the most fantastic time staying at Villino. It really did feel like a proper restful holiday away. The reality was better than the pictures and we had a lovely long lunch just next door at the vineyard and walked down the road for an easy swim at the beach. The food and communications made everything so easy. Really hope we can stay again sometime.

We were in Riverhead for a family wedding. The location and facilities were spot on. Traveling to the event centre was easy and didn't take too long. The House and gardens gave a peaceful and welcoming vibe. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Comfy and homely. Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Appreciated the paper towels in the kitchen and the availability of recycling and food waste disposal which is not in many places.

This Ponsonby villa was the perfect base for my Auckland trip. Spacious, stylish, and full of charm, it had everything I needed, an upgraded kitchen, plenty of fridge space, great espresso machine, and a beautiful courtyard with pool, loungers, and outdoor fireplace. The rainfall shower might be the star of the house, it was a luxury experience. The bedrooms were cozy and quiet, and the open-plan layout made it feel airy and relaxing. Just a short walk (about 2,000 steps) to Ponsonby Road, with amazing coffee and breakfast at Dizengoff. Amy was a responsive and thoughtful host, she quickly fixed a door lock issue, which made me feel safe and well cared for. The house blends old character with modern upgrades, which fits the Ponsonby vibe perfectly. Even the recycling system (with 5 bins!) was easy to adapt to. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Auckland!

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The location is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect getaway while still being conveniently close to everything we needed. The house itself is well-equipped with plenty of amenities, and the facilities were spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights was how great the space is for entertaining guests—it’s an ideal spot for bringing extended family together, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with and very flexible, which made the whole experience even better. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed stay! We’ll definitely be back.

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. The Little Louise was fantastic. Jenene was super responsive, friendly and helpful. My partner and I loved every moment during our stay. The house has a stunning view of piha beach and the iconic lions to rock where we spent dawn to dusk in awe. We loved all the attention to detail and cant wait to visit again.

We enjoyed Richards house for a week while spending time in Whangarparoa . It was perfect for us and affordable. We made fresh herb salads from the garden and loved the fresh honeycomb on vogel's toast in the morning. Fresh eggs and strawberries were a great bonus- Loved having all the doors open on a sunny day - a great beachy zen spot. Highly recommended . It's not 5 star swank... however it is down to earth comfortable and a much loved property with everything we needed. Beds very comfortable too.

This luxurious mountain-top eerie offering spectacular views over Auckland's iconic Piha Beach was the setting for a recent 'Big Chill'-style Easter reunion with old friends. The gorgeous open-plan kitchen, dining and living room provided the focus for the group to reminsice about our youthful exploits at Piha over wine, fine food and chocolate easter eggs. There is sleeping available for eight, though there were only six of us. The house has all the mod-cons, including a beautiful stereo system, featuring creamy-sounding Linn speakers. We spent hours reading and chilling in beautiful designer chairs, or looking out at the panoramic view of Lion Rock. One suggestion is the deck is crying out for built-in barbecue, though I imagine council regulations might prevent that. Also, Piha is (STILL, after 40 years) woefully under-serviced by shops, so make sure you load up on everything (including wine and beer) in Auckland beforehand. A truly memorable weekend.

Such a beautiful, serene spot. Absolutely perfect for our group of ladies. Plenty of space, stunning, modern and comfortable interior. Being able to sit out on the deck with the gorgeous view was incredible, as was the hot tub. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, it was just what we needed and 100% would return and recommend.

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

Dom’s place was amazing. Extremely private. Away from civilisation in a good way. Outdoor jacuzzi was nice to have, def a plus, had everything you ever needed. Only suggestion I have is for them to have slightly more toilet rolls and paper towels. Highly recommended!

Great place, location & size! They are really friendly and respond quickly. The place itself is nice, clean area in mt Albert and it’s just up the road from the supermarket. Overall such a good place for convenience & quiet.

What a special place to spend a few days in the city. It was a corner of peace surrounded by a mini rainforest that Maureen and Stephan had beautiful curated. They had thought about all the little details, with blankets and a heater as we were going into winter, some supplies of tea, coffee etc, a mini laundry and the icing on the cake was the hot tub. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place! Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Patrick’s beach house - it was everything we hoped for and more. The home was immaculate, beautifully modern, and thoughtfully laid out, with a spacious open-plan living area that made it perfect for our family. Waking up to the sunrise over the water through the lounge windows felt like something out of a travel magazine. The location is unbeatable - right across from a peaceful stretch of beach that’s perfect for morning walks, kid adventures, or simply unwinding with a coffee and the view. Having multiple bathrooms was a huge bonus, and the beds were super comfortable. Patrick was an excellent host – quick to respond, clear with communication, and genuinely welcoming. Easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve experienced - we’re already planning our return! Cheers!

Beautiful rustic warm home with two seperate spaces. Very homely with a beautiful view of the beach. 20 meter walk to the beach we loved our weekend there. Kirsty was very responsive and helpful.

This place is all about the view. Perched on a hillside, the view of lion's rock at sunset is incredible. The beach is beautiful, and not super busy; the water is warm and the sand is like lava. you will have to drive into the auckland area for most food, and all groceries, incl. liqour. The house had everything you need, and the kitchen appliances are some of the fanciest appliances i've used. the driveway is intimidating, and the place was easy to miss, but otherwise a great time. Jane was super accommodating with letting us check out late, and she was very responsive.

A very cozy holiday home that made us all feel very homey. We have enjoyed our stay in this spacious yet private place. Simply love the modern design and fully equipped kitchen too! Thank you for the stay!
