Our comfortable apartment is positioned right by the golf course with very pretty views of the surrounding mountains. Otematata is little town with easy access to lakes Benmore, Aviemore and Waitaki ,a short walk through stunning wetlands to the lake for fishing and swimming. It has an abundance of walking and cycling trails, a country Golf Club, Bowling club and A2O Cycle trail. A fully stocked On the Spot shop, park for the kids & tennis court is at walking distance from the apartment.

Welcome to our family holiday home, classic Otematata style, clean, tidy and easy to relax in. Everything you need for a break, heat pump, fresh linen, comfy beds and room for all the family and friends. Otematata is the perfect base for fishing, boating and relaxing with Lake Benmore five minutes drive away and a short walk to Lake Aviemore. Our bach is a short walk to the shop, fabulous coffee at Hungry Hydro, playground, pub and club or just enjoy the amazing relaxing views!

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.
