Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. This is the perfect place to stop and take time for all the good things Otematata has to offer. Very peaceful spot with the hills in view, a lovely peaceful crib, lots of space inside and out to relax and socialise with friends and family . Three bedrooms, with an option of a caravan too if there’s an overflow of guests.
