Very nice host. Communication via mail / air bnb without any problems. Very caring. A small musli breakfast is included. You are allowed to walk through the farm and pick some fruit or vegetables. They even have a yoga platform :) Highly recommended

We stayed in Mohammed's house for four nights. The house is very spacious and beautifully furnished. It has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house is surrounded by a garden with plants and meadow (a small oasis). The kitchen is fully equipped. There are spices, oil and many other little things that you need for cooking. Mohammed welcomed us personally. He got us fresh fish and prepared it together with us. He showed us the most beautiful beaches, places to watch turtles and a beautiful spot for the sunset. Mohammed is a very helpful and courteous host and wants to offer guests a perfect stay. Thank you very much for the wonderful time in your house.

Nice and clean villa to spend out time with family or friends. I like the outdoor space of the villa since it has everything required for a family trip e.g. outdoor sitting, pool, play area for kids. BBQ grill etc. the kitchen was also well equipped with all the essentials. Location is also good with beach just couple of mins walk away only. Overall the place is highly recommended to stay when in Ashkarah.

When you enter, you are greeted by the smell of Omani incense and you are impressed by the cleanliness of the residence. All thanks to Mr. Muhammad as he helped us secure access to the island.

Welcoming and beautifully decorated traditional house with calm and private outdoor space. Confortable beds and sitting areas indoors and outdoors. Clean toilets and bathrooms (a couple more towels would have been nice) Kitchen needs some improvement as it was not fully fitted nor kitted as described - lack of cooking facilities (no gas connection to gas hobs), although bbq facilities were provided which would be perfect for longer stays. Location is very good in the town centre, close to shops and restaurants.

A spacious bed is covered with a light blue quilted comforter, complemented by matching decorative pillows. Soft, white, plush carpeting is situated beneath the bed. A sleek bedside table is positioned next to the bed, adorned with a small vase of white flowers.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown (SUR).
