Lovely roomy holiday home, everything looked new and modern. In good central location with good access to public trasport. The park is good for quite relaxation, but there is still plenty to do for the children. Take mossy spray! The mosquitoes are very hungry! We only used the hot tub twice, as we were very busy visiting family and sites around Utrecht. Instructions on how to fill and drain it would have been helpfull. We also visited the lake across the road, which has a lovely sandy beach.

We stayed at the accommodation for 2 months. The location was very quiet and nice. The apartment was very comfortably furnished and had everything you need. Located in a holiday park. Unfortunately, the door lock is weird and sometimes can't be opened or closed, or only after the 20th try. Contact with Ineke was very quick and friendly.

We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect for exploring Holland. We enjoyed using the bikes to go to Leiden, highly recommended beautiful route along the river. In front of the house we were able to relax overlooking green meadows, water and even sheep. The kitchen was optimally equipped to provide for itself. Florence and Willem were very good hosts and we felt right at home.

We really enjoyed the little house, which is really nicely renovated and equipped. The lakeside location is simply idyllic! Communication with Adri and Belinda was very quick and extremely friendly. We spent a wonderful stay in a secluded and quiet location – just what we needed to unplug. The kids were absolutely thrilled with the animals on the property, which brought extra joy to the whole experience. Everything was very clean and well put together, with everything needed at hand. The hosts were extremely accommodating and Ben captivated us with his windmill stories – a passionate man with fascinating information. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. This cozy, yet spacious, tiny house is the perfect escape from Amsterdam. Tucked away in the back garden of the main house with a back garden of its own, it is quiet and private. The sleeping loft is very comfortable. The house sits on the edge of a wood with walking and cycle paths. Nationaal Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug is a just a 15 minute cycle. The towns of Houten and Culemborg are within an hour cycle. Would definitely return.

We were warmly welcomed by Kim! The house is great so you walk right from the house into nature. During our week-long stay, we were always able to take several walks. Kim has put together a beautiful book with many attractions. Wonderfully quiet! Good living space with a sitting area and the spacious dining table as in the pictures.

We stayed two nights at the house on our way back home. Bart was very friendly and a wonderful host! He went out of his way to provide us with all the informations we could desire about the region. We stayed at Advas house with our dog for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The host was leaving some treats for us and even for Lumi (our dog) and also suggested nice restaurants and possible walks with gpx files in the area. The place was just as presented on Air BnB, really clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to really enjoy the garden but I’m sure it would be great to enjoy a nice little fire outside :) would be nice to come back in summertime!

We stayed here for 2 nights with a group of 7 girls. It is a very good location, nice and central and therefore easy to walk to. Glad there are 4 double beds, so each of us had a place in a bed and not a sofa bed, which is often the case with a larger group. On the first floor it is somewhat larger apartment, Pim, with a living room with TV on which you can stream Spotify via your phone or watch a series/movie with Appleplay and a separate bathroom. On the second floor was the smaller apartment, Liv, with a separate toilet but the shower in the kitchenette - which is funny. Late check-out was possible, which was very nice, and it was a nice cozy atmosphere in the apartment and the street. All in all, a really nice apartment to stay for a weekend in Antwerp!

Had a fantastic stay. Use of the lovely hot tub. Everything in the Airbnb was as expected. There is only a hum of the power switch in the bedroom, which can be experienced as disturbing.
