An atmospheric suite with a free entrance, where the hayloft was once of this 1878 farmhouse. The guesthouse has one bedroom with a double bed, a seat and a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding greenery. There is a separate room for breakfast and a spacious private bathroom with bath and shower. Guests have access to the entire upper floor, with free entrance. For a booking of 2 adults or more, you will have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: If you book for 1 person, you have a private room with TV, fridge, microwave. But very maybe you have to share the bathroom and separate toilet.

Wij zijn Gijs en Karin en samen met onze kinderen Gijs en Annelie hebben wij in 2021 een BenB van 47m2 naast ons huis gerealiseerd. Onze missie is dat gasten zich thuis voelen en dat is precies het compliment dat we regelmatig ontvangen! De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt in een rustige en ruim opgezette buurt. De BenB is centraal gelegen in de buurt van: • De Efteling • De Loonse en Drunense Duinen • Het centrum van Waalwijk, Den Bosch en Tilburg • Safaripark De Beekse Bergen

Vacation home on the Loonse and Drunense dunes

Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary holiday home with private entrance and has been recently renovated in a part of a long-fronted farmhouse, where the cow barn and hay loft once was. The living area has on the ground floor an entrance, a fully furnished kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

B&B The Holidayhouse is available to you, a spacious and cosy B&B holidayhouse in Loon op Zand, only 2 kilometers away from the Efteling. The Holidayhouse is spacious, approximately 65m2 and has all the amenities you need, is suitable for 5 people (+ 1 baby) and was originally an old farmhouse. You have your own parking, entrance, small kitchen, living room, toilet, shower, two bedrooms and garden with terrace.

Totally unwind in our luxurious and stylish 'Boutique Lodge' for 4 persons with sauna located in nature on Bergvliet Estate. This new accommodation is unique on every level. The design, the quality materials, the beautiful decor, if you love luxury and pampering then this is your place! Not to mention the secluded location on the Estate where you can enjoy on the golf course, get pampered at Spa One or get culinary surprises in the restaurant.

Eethen, rural apartment

The apartment is on the second floor above the studio. There is a double bed. In the spacious bedroom a full extra bed can be added for a third guest upon request. You'll pay €25.00 extra per night for that. You will have access to a bedroom and a private bathroom. Next there is a kitchen-living room with a complete kitchen. You can reach the apartment via its own entrance with stairs.
