The place was fantastically beautiful, we felt comfortable right away. In reality, it was almost more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen is insanely well equipped. Everything is available for cooking, including oil and spices. There was even food available for the first evening. Just like for the first breakfast. The family is very friendly and caring. The view is beautiful. Here you can experience fantastic sunsets overlooking the island of Vulcano. Only the access to the property is very adventurous. A small car is needed here.

With my friends we had a wonderful week at Nicoletta's house, who in addition to being super kind and hospitable gave us great tips on places to visit (especially the great restaurants!). The house matches the photos, has a lot of outdoor space, it is furnished in a minimal and tasteful style, perfect for 4 people and surrounded by greenery, flowers, citrus fruits and capers. We especially appreciated the outdoor showers given the great heat this summer! In the area there are bars, restaurants (including Le Macine that we fell in love with) the bus stop 2 meters away. In the house there is also a large space where you can park mopeds like us or a car. Thank you for everything Nicoletta (and Maria), we hope to be back very soon!

This a wonderful house. It is thoughtfully decorated and well equipped. The sea view from the orange and lemon grove is really beautiful. Some reviews have mentioned noise - not an issue, with the church bells being the main sound you hear! Caterina and Francesco were perfect hosts and made sure that our young family had a great stay.

I can't recommend this location more highly. The pictures on line do not do it justification. Amazingly beautiful sunsets every evening. Comfortably, peaceful and restful house. My advice would be to cook there every evening as the views cant be bet. Read a book go for a walk, use jacuzzi, pool, sauna and return refreshed. Anoeta and her husband were amazing to us and went above and beyond in helping us when we got a puncture in our car. Lovely people. PS if you rent a car make sure you are properly insured as the roads on the island are narrow.

We had a great time at this place. Marielle was really kind and she quickly put my two young girls at ease. The place was very clean and very comfortable. It is also located very close to a pebble beach overlooking beautiful sunsets. In short, I highly recommend this listing for visiting Lipari.

We had a really great stay at Lorenzo’s place! It had access to the beach and was very close to town which was great for me as I have a small child end having a supermarket near by is great! Also everything was super clean and nicely decorated all the kitchen supplies I need for cooking were available. I really love staying there and next time we will come to salina I would definitely stay there again!

We had a very good time in the accommodation offered by Alberto which is a short walk from the marina of Panarea with its clubs, restaurants and services. The apartment is welcoming and offers what you need for a beach vacation, with a generous outdoor space. We had a positive experience.

The stay was peaceful and satisfactory. The apartment is close to the center, tourist attractions and close to the ports to catch the departure and arrival boats, as well as the sightseeing boats. Alessandro was always kind and available at the time, and gave us complete peace of mind. We will certainly stay in your apartment next time, as the experience exceeded our expectations! The apartment is warm with its woodwork, large wooden doors that open onto the beautiful terrace that has a sea view. What a pleasure to eat quietly outside, sitting facing the sea and surrounded by nature, mountains, sea while being 15 minutes from the historic city center. What could be better, in addition, than having the opportunity to eat sun-ripened oranges, picked from our host's garden. This apartment is equipped with a brand new fridge and stove, and the cleanliness of the apartment is impeccable. Our host was waiting for us when we arrived, she welcomed us warmly, answered all our questions, gave us beautiful places to visit and suggestions for good restaurants. Knowing that we wanted to rent a car for the day, she gave us a reference where the price was very affordable and where the staff spoke French. I would recommend this apartment to my friends.

The house is a little paradise on earth. Even before arriving on the premises, Luca, whose communication was perfect, told us his story; built by his grandfather who fell in love with the view in the 60s and then resumed from generation to generation with love and passion. And we understand very quickly why, the view of Vulcano and the north Sicilian coast is breathtaking and the surroundings are really peaceful and relaxing. All the good addresses (beach, restaurant, etc.) were also perfect. If you're looking for a safe haven then this place is for you!

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. Walking distance to Lipari port, and even closer to the marina where there are several cafes and restaurants. Our private terrace was peaceful and the rooftop terrace offered a great view, a great place for aperitifs. The owner is friendly and kind.

Super host Leonardo who pampered us and spoiled us with home-made delicacies and his company. Always available to meet all our curiosities and requests; in addition, the presence of Perla, an affectionate golden retriever has softened all our awakenings. for the price hammer! super location close to the harbor and in small sweet alleys Liparis, you feel almost local. We never saw simone, but he always responded quickly and kindly to messages and his mother was very cute. the apartment itself could be a little cleaner, e.g. in the kitchen (the sponge was already a bit through) and is a bit dark, as the only light comes directly onto the street via the level door and is also not particularly well insulated so you can hear a lot from outside, but is still recommended for the price! the terrace is the 5 stars, which is really great! we would come back!

The accommodation is quietly located, with a great view over Lipari (including sea view) and at the same time everything is easily accessible within a short walking distance (port, bus stop, shops, restaurants). The apartment corresponds to the photos, everything was very clean and we immediately felt very much at home. The terrace is especially great! The communication with Valentina was straightforward and friendly. We were very happy with the flexibility regarding check-in due to our delay due to the ferry. In addition, Valentina asked during our stay if we needed anything, responded quickly to questions, gave great tips for activities in the area and proactively informed us about the weather in connection with the ferry plan. Check-out was also straightforward and pleasant. We found the stay very nice and would be happy to recommend the place!

Rosella communicated right up to when we arrived. She met us at the port with a huge friendly smile. Nothing was too much for Rosella, she and her sister in law, Erina were wonderful and made our stay extra special and memorable Also gave us great restaurant and coffee shop recommendations. The views were amazing and the best you will ever have in Lipari yet, only a short walk, 100m to the centre. Highlly recommend this place and definitely stay there again.

The home is newly restored with breathtaking views of Lipari and Vulcano. It truly has everything you would want in a home away from home. The location was perfect, with nearby restaurants and supermarkets. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. The hosts were available and attentive in every part of our stay. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Graziano and Luana and their property highly enough.

I stayed in Santina's apartment with my girlfriend and a friend and we had a great time. The house is really very nice and welcoming and Santina was very available to meet all our requests and needs. When we return to Lipari we will definitely stay again from Santina.

I LOVED staying here. The host was incredibly caring and went above and beyond to ensure the most incredible stay (including when I didn’t have the proper plug extensions to charge my phone. They even offered fresh fruit! The place is actually MORE beautiful than the photos. It’s private, tranquil, and a true peaceful oasis on top of the world in the island of Lipari. It was the most beautiful view I have ever had all to myself! This is an oasis not to be missed, and, the most incredible hospitality. Additionally, the town of Lipari central is charming. Lovely and 10/10. Also the sunset is different colors every day and morning. Magical. The value is beyond- he could easily charge more for how incredible this. Don’t miss it.
