This is apartment can easily house 5-6 guests- we were 4 with our daughter visiting for one night from paris. The bedrooms are not large but they all have excellent windows that can open in 2 directions and individual heaters in each room and bathroom. The common area is spacious and comfortable as is the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay- we were working in the area, in and out visiting wineries and restaurants and this was quite a good location. Aurelie was always responsive and helpful.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Reims et dans cette jolie maison. Le quartier est calme et on peut se garer facilement. Située à 10 min à pied du centre ville et des caves de champagne, la maison est ravissante. Décoration de goût, propreté, petit jardin, fonctionnalité... Nous recommandons vivement !

Staying at Marie's place in Sacy was, without a doubt, the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, Marie and her lovely family welcomed us with such warmth and generosity—we truly felt like part of the family. Their hospitality went above and beyond anything we expected. The village of Sacy itself is a hidden gem—peaceful, charming, and surrounded by stunning vineyards. While it’s the perfect base for exploring both Épernay and Reims, we found ourselves falling in love with Sacy’s own offerings: beautiful walks, delicious local food, and of course, incredible Champagne. Traveling with our dogs, we were thrilled to find a place that felt so dog-friendly and relaxed. The property and surrounding area were perfect for them, and they were just as welcomed as we were. If you’re considering a stay in the Champagne region, look no further. Marie’s home is everything you could hope for!

The house was exactly what we hoped for. Peaceful in the countryside yet close to the city to see the sights. We had a bit of a snafu upon check-in but Julie was quick to find a solution that worked well for our family. I wish we had an opportunity to have a champagne tasting but the timing never worked out. We hebben het heerlijk gehad in Baye. Louis reageerde meteen, maakte ons graag wegwijs, ontving ons met een zelfgemaakt glaasje ratafia en bood dagelijks aan de open haard voor ons aan te maken. Ook de grote hoeveelheid handdoeken was heel prettig, net als de flexibele vertrektijd. De omgeving van Baye is prachtig en rustig, dus doe goed boodschappen in Sézanne of Epernay. We komen graag terug om de Champagne verder te ontdekken!

magnifique gîte ! super endroit pour passer un moment en famille avec nos chiens dans un superbe décor ! 3 jours de bonheur dans un lieu aussi charmant que paisible. terrain clôturé parfait pour notre teckel qui se faufile partout ! le jacuzzi est top super propre et très agréable après une journée de balade! jérôme nous a conseillé une super activité à faire chez un vigneron à 40 min du gîte! bref je recommande à 100%

Marie-Paule et son mari ont été des hôtes incroyables, leur maison de famille rénovée est sublime et bien au dessus de très nombreux boutiques hôtels de luxe. Nous nous sommes sentis si bien accueillis et comme à la maison, le week-end n’était pas assez long. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment à prendre, nous reviendront entres amis ou en famille c’est sûr! Une magnifique rencontre et un séjour encore plus incroyable, merci 🙏🏻
