My family and I are very happy, we spent New Year's Eve at the house and since the reservation Andréia was always very attentive, responded quickly, always very polite and helpful. The house is super cozy, all bedrooms have bathrooms! Everything was extremely clean! The caretakers are very nice and helpful. We tried not to be a burden and I hope we didn't cause any inconvenience. Cledson, the caretaker, is very good-humored, a good person, helpful and patient. We even managed to go to the city of ITU and the chocolate farm in one day. Oh, we can't forget Jessie, the little dog on the farm who is super gentle and likes to stay in the guests' mess lol The house is comfortable, I was with my 1-year-old baby and my elderly grandparents who loved the stay. We want to come back more often. Thank you

The accommodation exceeded our expectations, being even better than shown in the images. Everything was neatly clean and organized. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, as well as the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils. Célia was extremely attentive, always ready to answer our questions and available to help with whatever it took. We had a wonderful stay and, no doubt, we want to return on future opportunities.

The house is simply beautiful, the spaces are great. Everything very well distributed, everything extremely clean, the bathroom and kitchen were impeccable. We love everything, we feel at home! Everything was organized and in place, Sidionil and his son Constantino were super kind and helpful. The house has good internet. The main house is fully fenced for the safety of the pets, while the pool area has some gaps that anyone with a more adventurous pet should keep an eye on, but it worked out great to go with our dog and he had a lot of fun. The barbecue area is wonderful, in addition to being comfortable and having everything you need, it also has super clean bathrooms outside that can be used. My husband and I want to come back with our families, they will certainly love it. Thank you so much for the experience.

Everything was very peaceful, the house is very nice and comfortable, the location is great for those who want to go parachuting or ride in a hot air balloon, the neighborhood is peaceful, I just felt that dishes and chairs are missing, otherwise, everything was okay. Check-in and checkout were very flexible too and communication was very clear and smooth
