Lovely newly renovated house with underfloor heating, Genvex, covered terrace and garden, central, with peek of the city's beautiful landmarks; the walking tower. With just 50 meters to shopping, the city square and the main street you have close proximity to everything and can enjoy the holiday in this little gem, which is located on a small closed road. With 5 minutes walk you are up on the medieval Borg area, which has beautiful ruins, Denmark's Borgcenter, Botanical Garden and views of the harbour and Farøbroerne. And it's only a 10 minute walk to a forest.

The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Hereby a nice, bright cottage in the first row to the water overlooking Grønsund and within walking distance to lovely Stubbekøbing with the possibility of shopping, cafe and restaurant visits, etc. and ferry crossing to Bogø. See beautiful nature and wildlife, which invites good bike and trotting. Down a shortcut in the quiet Kongsnæs, the cottage is located on private property. The most beautiful sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed on the roof terrace, which is partially covered. Nightly price includes all consumption.

Wonderful country house in beautiful surroundings

With nature in the backyard, there's room for relaxation at a high level. Outside the door there is access to an amazing garden with bird whistle and charm. The house is close to the water, Præstø city, the forest tower and the scenic Møn, so there is a good opportunity for eventful excursions. I live in another house on the property myself. Enjoy the evening sun on the outdoor area with a good cup of coffee and a lovely book - or just what you need.

Welcome to this cozy and well maintained cottage on 55 m2 with 5 beds. The cottage has a south facing wooden terrace and a screened garden with plenty space for playing/relaxing. The cottage appears bright due to the two skylight windows. One bedroom with double bed and one room with a bunk bed + single bed. New kitchen from 2020 Only 15 min. drive from the old market town Stege which has several of shops, cafés and restaurants.
