Not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There's a little dog at the address, but not in the annex. The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance, connected kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove, bedroom and bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can swim most of the year while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking routes.

The house has a living area of 62 sqm and is well maintained and newly renovated. It has 2 bedrooms (one single and one double). In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room that can be folded out. The property is 1200 sqm and offers the possibility to play ball, to make yourself comfortable in the hammock, etc..

The Cozy Cottage is located only 8 km from the E45 which takes you North to Copenhagen (1 hour 25 mins) or South towards the ferry to Germany (1 hr). At just 7.5 km from Vordingborg and 25 km from Næstved going out for brunch or dinner is just a quick drive away. Or you can enjoy grilling on the patio. Enjoy touring Møn and Falster, or the nearby beach of Svinø. This location is also perfect for exploring by bicycle.
